    This company does not show all of the reviews left on their products. They pick and choose the best reviews and seemingly delete anything negative. I purchased some cargo pants from them and what showed up to my doorstep was nothing more than costume quality clothing. I left a one star review on the MNML website a few weeks ago but am yet to see it appear in the reviews section. All reviews are ~5 stars when the clothing itself is worth less than a star for the price. They clearly weed out the bad reviews and just show what they want shown. BEWARE.

    This company is shady at best. I ordered a pair of sweat pants for my grandson for back to school. Never received the package although tracking showed the package as delivered. Contacted this company twice only to be told to check the tracking which I did before contacting them. Contacted tracking (DHL) again only to be told by them that the “local post office” delivered the package. My local post office has no record of this even coming through their office. Save your money and find another more reputable company to order from!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. The company said I had to complete a claim with a shady shipping company Mae**o. I did, they confirmed they never received the package from mnml and mnml said they have to wait 21 days to confirm this. Which gives them time for the banks to refuse a refund for purchases never received. They stole 200 plus dollars from me, who knows how much they have stolen from other people. Please don’t waste your time. Spend a little more money with a trusted company not exploiting cheap labor and stealing from their customers.

    I would have loved to enjoy my purchases if it wasn’t stolen. They use a cheap delivery company called X delivery, that lies about packages being delivered. I have emailed them about my missing package and it has been a back and forth thing with no resolution. Mnml says to contact X delivery, and X delivery says to contact Mnml. It’s an absolute s&&t show. Beware of this company and their delivery service. Ohhh and I have not received a refund for my undelivered items.

    Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Terrible customer service. Bought my son 3 pairs of pants he really wanted for Christmas and the sizes are all too small. I emailed them for weeks asking to exchange and the window for the return or exchange was closed because they never even responded. No returns or exchanges on sale items either! Don’t waste your time. Over priced clothing! No wonder they are not accredited with the BBB. Extremely disappointed!

    Do not buy from this company. They have multiple TikTok’s that cater to teens but there is no truth behind them. We ordered and they are saying the package was delivered when it wasn’t. They say contact the shipping company and the shipping company says it was delivered but have offered no proof of where they delivered it. The company says I can’t file a claim for 21 days. Poor to no customer service.

    Purchased 3 pair of jeans. Tracking info says delivered on 11/30. I have a doorbell camera and there is no delivery from the company they chose to use Xdelivery/Maergo. I have never heard of this delivery company and MNML is not helpful.

    I ordered clothes and they didn’t fit my son returned every item and still haven’t received my refund nor do this company reply to emails $200 is gone for merchandise i don’t have its holiday time it’s the wrong time to play with someone’s money

    WHERE IS THE REST OF MY REFUND? I’ve emailed over 10 times with no reply.. What kind of customer service is this??? I’m still owed USD $138.48 for shipping, duties & taxes as I did not keep a SINGLE ITEM. I won’t be shopping with mnml EVER again. SAVE YOUR MONEY & DON’T DO IT.. WORST MISTAKE.
