Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/14) */ The customer was given a settlement which included the amount for the TV via ********. It is our policy to request all bad reviews be taken down since we have come to a settlement and paid for the damages per the contract.Initial Complaint

Well this company foreman on the day of pickup told me , my wife and my other that if we paid in full that it would guarantee as a fashion delivery he told us that by doing that it would be delivered by 12/29/21 and 12/30/21 the lates. We are 1/5/22 and still nothing every time I keep calling them I just get the run around asked for a manager no call found out this company lie to us when they told us that they were license found out that's a lie also . And they still have our stuff in California and we are stuck with out anything in Texas and keep spending money for things that we own but they are not being move from California just keep getting lie on top of lies it's not right I have to go to work on money and I don't have any things I need cause it's all still there . My family is sleeping on blowup mattress. They don't care .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/26) */ I do not see what is different is in the customer response. The customer did a charge back and has not paid anything for his move. He has done a charge back for the deposit and the pickup payment, yet he is still asking for a refund? We can't give him a refund when he hasn't paid for anything. We want to deliver his move as soon as we can but we need to get payment for the move. He has spoken to the manager of Sky Van Line,Inc. and has made arrangements to send money orders to us, we have yet to receive anything, once we do he will be put on the delivery schedule and on the next truck to TX. We have done everything by the book and to regulations. We are just waiting for his payment. There nothing else we can do at this time.
