The cookie dough fundraiser was very easy to run. There are a lot of great flavors that people can choose from. They give you a website and brochures so your team has different ways to raise money. The online web store really looked great and most of our sales came from the web store. The kids just emailed and texted their friends and family and the sales started rolling in. We beat our fundraising goal and are considering doing the popcorn in the spring.ABC Fundraising

Thanks for the great review *****! Were thrilled that you were able to raise so much money in very little time this year. We are constantly working to improve the fundraising web store. We recently added a way for supporters to add a donation on top of what they have purchased from your store. This has helped groups raise as much as 50% more than a traditional fundraiser. Check back when you are ready for your next fundraiser and we look forward to working with you again!Review fromVanessa B

We just finished our discount card fundraiser for our track team and it went very well. We raised more money than our last fundraiser which was selling lollipops. It was also very easy to sell the discount cards because they had 15 great local offers. For only $15 our supporters will save $100s over the course of the year when they use the card. We think this is a fundraiser that we can do every year.ABC Fundraising

Thank you for your kind review. It was a pleasure building your discount card! We were excited that we were able to get some really great offers on there for your town. We are sure your supporters will be very happy to use the card all year long. We look forward to working with you again!Review fromDavid S

Our high school basketball team just finished the gourmet cookie dough fundraiser. We were very happy with how everything went. From the initial set up of our web store to the delivery of the cookie dough tubs our rep ***** made it really easy or us. We used the fundraising web store that *** provided as well as brochures and we plan to do the popcorn fundraiser in the Spring.ABC Fundraising

Thanks for the great review! We always love to hear from our customers when they have a successful fundraiser. Now that you have a web store with ABC Fundraising, all of your future fundraisers will be free to start. You can do popcorn in the spring and then flower bulbs in the fall and it will all be free to start. Thanks again and happy fundraising!Review fromMonique E

Same experience with the Cookie Dough Fundraiser as the previous respondent. DO NOT waste your time or resources with this particular vendor. There are excuses after excuses as to why your order hasn't been fulfilled, shipped, and otherwise. Though they very expeditiously take your money. Meanwhile, as the "distributor" and the liason to everyone you have solicited to kindly participate in your fundraising campaign, you bear the burden of explaining to your customers why such a delay in receiving their items. I have been ****** patient with this company and am to the point of filing a complaint with the **** Enough is enough.ABC Fundraising

Hi *******,We are so sorry that you had a bad experience with your fundraiser. We want all of our groups to have a successful fundraiser and be 100% satisfied. We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay with your groups order. As we explained to you, it was unfortunately out of our control. The entire Midwest area that the cookie dough ships from had a historic blizzard which caused a several day delay. When your supporters who purchased cookie dough check out on the fundraising web store they receive an email saying to expect 3 week delivery from the time the fundraiser is completed. However, since your fundraiser ended a week before the Christmas/New Years holiday there was a 1 week delay while the shipping company was closed for the week between Christmas and New Years. So, between the Holiday break and the blizzard in the Midwest, your cookie dough delivery was delayed about a week and a half. This is a very rare occurrence as we have thousands of groups across the country who receive their fundraising products within the 3 week shipping period. We are truly sorry for any problems this caused for your group. We apologize and wish you good luck with your future fundraising projects.Review fromkr L

*** cookie dough fundraiser not worth it. We are a small school and sold over the minimum but were shorted 23 tubs somehow?? We made more in donations than what we made with the cookie dough sales. Plus because of the the short fall of tubs we had to pay additional money to replace those for the families who sold them to relatives etc. We will not be using this company anymore as we are still waiting for customer service.ABC Fundraising

Hi there,We are very sorry to hear that the fundraiser didn't work out for you. As it is now the week between Christmas and New Years our offices are closed. We will be back in the office on Jan 2nd. Please give us a call then and we will gladly help you out and make sure you get all the tubs that were ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your supporters. We look forward to helping you out when we return. Happy New Year!Review fromApril B

I inquired several times about doing a preportioned cookie dough fundraiser and had actually set up a preportioned fundraiser within weeks of completing our fundraiser. We were sent tubs. When I asked about it, I was told theyve been out of preportioned and plan on being out for a while. I had been in contact with them several times since the set up of my fundraiser (and prior) and not once was that ever mentioned until I asked about it after the delivery. They sent us our order but were missing one so now waiting for them to send it. I also voiced my concern that we would not meet the 100 order minimum several times. I was told it was still okay, just less profit. Then when we only hit 60 sales, I was told you should have told me you didnt think youd reach 100. You would have been better off doing popcorn I didnt appreciate the customer service ******************** offered. All in all, we got our check very quickly and most of the orders arrived. Its mostly the customer service Im rating on. Although, we havent actually tasted the cookies yet so well see.ABC Fundraising

Hi ****** ** strive for 100% satisfaction from all of our customers. ** apologize for not achieving this goal with your fundraiser.Unfortunately there is a shortage for the packaging on the Pre-portioned currently, so the warehouse substituted the boxes for the tubs (Same amount of cookie dough and same price point) as they work on the packaging for Pre-portioned. There have been some supply chain issues and we do our very best to manage around these obstacles. You did contact us at time of delivery mentioning that there was 1 order of Snickerdoodle missing. ** contacted the warehouse and they pulled a scan report which showed 11 of the snickerdoodle ordered were scanned and shipped. However, we decided to ship out the 1 tub to you since you already had tubs versus boxes. ** apologize for this inconvenience.** only mentioned the popcorn afterwards and not earlier because we thought you would definitely hit the 100 minimum since you have over 500 members in your group. ** want all groups to achieve the highest profit and with cookie dough orders under 100, the popcorn winds up raising more money.** hope you enjoy the cookie dough and look forward to working with your group again in the future.
