    I went on Thursday 4/20/2023 to get my car wash around 2pm when at the end of the wash the person who finished detailing my car calls me over and tells me is done I ask him about the chrome trim that fell of that was on my rear passenger side back window he stated let me go check inside the belt and he found it and brought it out to me the trim was broken and bend like some run over it then I ask to talk to the manager when the manager came and I explained what happened he said that they didnt do it and try to put it back even though the clips were broken then I ask to talk to a supervisor and he call ***************** the owners son who gave me his business card and his personal contact info and the 2 owners business cards I told him what happened and did the same thing denied it and saying that they are not responsible for old and bad condition and aftermarket trims and ask me in a tone like are you going to fix it like if the car was old I said yes I will that is my work car and I told him that it was like $90 for the trim and said that how I did know and said I am a sales rep for *** then said I will do a claim and see what the owners will do and said that once I get new trim to bring receipt and file it with the claim. I went back Saturday 4/22/2023 around 4 with my receipt to show ***************** thats when he said the owner is here do you want to talk to him I said yes. I explain everything and all he did was defensive saying that he has over 20 car wash business and does over 300 cars also that is hand wash thats their is no heavy equipment but his employees uses power washing guns also I explain that his son said that he was going to check cameras and he insisted that they didnt do it and ask to get refund because he son said to bring receipt and he said that he will not refund my money that he would give me a free car wash but not for the full amount I pay.
