    Hometown Apparel was very helpful in placing the order. Follow through with receiving the order was great. The order placed is what we wanted, expected and would use this company again.

    I have ordered from hometown apparel several times and have had great experiences with them. I was very pleased with the price and quality of both hoodie's I received. I was happy for beginning to the end. I definitely recommend buying from this company!

    I ordered a shirt from my Home Town and it arrived very quickly. They follow-up very often and shirt is high quality.. ************ has excellent customer service and would recommend it

    Careful when considering this company! No Customer Support and they don't seem to stand behind their product. Ordered a tee shirt as a Christmas present. It arrived promptly and showed no defects or issues when inspected. However, after the first wearing and washing, the shoulder seam near collar started coming apart. Not enough material to hold the seam together and clearly a production issue. I supplied pictures of the defect as required under their return policies, but have received no response to that and a subsequent email to Customer Support. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Very disappointing and I will never try to do business with Home Town Apparel again.

    Placed an order March 2nd, have been trying to figure out where it is ever since. Today's update from customer service (who takes a week+ to respond to anything):Can you send us the order confirmation?The order confirmation is literally the email chain that we're going back and forth on. My brain hurts from trying to help this company help ********* yourself a favor and order from a company that offers a way to get in touch via phone. This company is straddling "scam"

    What an absolutely pedantic bunch of nonsense. Here's my "honesty" for you, and for the future customers you're worried you won't get the chance to jerk around:3/2 - I received an order confirmation email from Hometown Apparel with an order number, etc.3/5 - I reply to the order confirmation email (as instructed in the email) asking customer service asking about the status of order 3/10 - *** (CS) replies asking for ***** more hours to locate the item 3/10 - I reply that I don't want to wait ***** hours, we're literally having a conversation on the order confirmation email thread 3/18 - **************** replies asking for the order confirmation email...which we are literally replying back and forth on (Note: Not 24 hours - 48 hours, but 192 hours later)3/18 - I reply telling them that the very first email on this thread is the order confirmation 3/28 - I receive a notice saying my case has been closed, and a notification from BBB that Hometown apparel replied with much more detail to a review I left of them than they ever bothered to do when I was actually trying to get their assistance.That is honestly how the customer service experience ******* expectations: If you send an order confirmation email, you'd better be ready to answer questions about it, in less than the WEEK it took you to offer NO HELP between each of our emails.The company has no phone number for a reason. Avoiding responsibility to their customers. You don't have to take my word for it. Look for a phone number and ask yourself, why?

    I recently discovered Hometown Apparel while I was searching the internet for a replacement for an old shirt that I had for many years and had worn out. To my surprise they had exactly what I was looking for. After navigating the website I was happy with the many options available for my new T shirt( colors, styles,as well as heavyweight T shirts that are my preference. The order was placedand in a short time the new shirt arrived and I am very pleased with it. The communication was very good as welltracking etc. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to represent their hometown or even a special place they had visited. A+..service/quality

    Hometown Apparel has a great response time. I purchased 2 items and I absolutely love them. The ability to choose something from their list of towns and having the option to create something of your own as I did was very convenient. I definitely plan to make future purchases.

    To date I have ordered four or five tees and they've been great. Super soft, wash well and both the women's and men's sizes are accurate. I haven't experienced any issues. They usually get back to me within 48 hours and are very helpful. I will be buying again!
