On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, is when I discovered my 2010 **** Taurus was missing. I alerted manager to discover my vehicle was removed illegally, I was not in default, not late. SELF-HELP FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, I was denied access to make online Ipayments, after making payments in the office I was told that i could do that. I never received any notice for failure to pay or potential repossession I got a phone call after each payment I made to surrender the car or pay the amount in full with no explanation to why. In 2020 I paid the car in full, with a business loan. SHFCU rejected the loan and revered my payments and banned me. I never seen my payment history I was never aware of payment due dates or late payments until July I received a closing statement and balance. FOR WHAT??? I was refused payroll deduction, once that happened I began walking in and leaving my payment, and the only call I received was that I was not allowed to make payments, and SHFCU but could not provide me a reason why. However each money order I submitted was cashed by SHFCU, as of date... once I spoke with ****** she was very hostile and rude and told me that MY PAYMENTS WERE REJECTED I am not/never in forfeiture. SHFCU, has also reversed a full and complete loan in the amount of ****. I had to go through all 3 credit agencies to have it removed almost every three months. I need my only vehicle which will be paid off in October 2023. I feel SHFCU intentions are to harm my identity and credibility. PLEASE, IN THE *** OF ***** HELP ME TO RETRIEVE MY VEHICLE I WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF GOOD FAITH AND EFFORTS. Once I was rejected online payments I have used Money orders and have uploaded them for your review. As of date Monday December 19, 2022, I haven't heard or received anything regarding my vehicle... I called and another agent other that SHFCU gave me a number to call regarding an appointment to pick up my personal belongings. It's xmas and my mom depends on me.

This bank is terrible. No one know what the correct thing to do is. When they give incorrect information they do not fix their error even if it costs you money. Worst bank I have ever worked with. I wish I could give them zero stars
