These insoles are the best I've ever had for my feet. The bones in my feet don't stay where they belong. These insoles help my feet stay comfortable when walking or standing.

5 starsThese insoles are the best that I have come across after few years. I have been facing knee pain while walking. I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spur. Having taken treatments and tried many shoes and insoles I came across Foot Relief Insoles. My order was shippied promptly and I immediatley placed those in my shoes and not only I was relieved from the pain but now could easly walk for a couple of hours. A big thank your to the Company for introducing such a wonderful product since foot comfort is the key for overall good health.Foot Relief Insoles LLC

Worst company to communicate with. Phone goes directly to automated voicemail. They don't answer and don't return calls. I have sent three requests for a return authorization. No response. The size I ordered was out of stock, so they sent the wrong size. I can't comment on the product. The customer service has been so bad, I never got the product I ordered to try. *****, we have searched all our records including all orders placed online, all shipping records, all email records, all phone records and looked for any voicemails you may have left and can not find anything containing your name or email. Do you have an order number? Did you purchase online or at a trade show? It is possible you purchased your insoles through an independent reseller in which case we would have no record of you. Are you sure you have the right company, www.footreliefinsoles.com ? We are not showing you as our customer anywhere. Please let us know if you find an email with an order number and if it is our company we will provide assistance but as of this moment we show no record of your purchase or contact. ***** records indicate that your item was DELIVERED Friday 12/23/2022 at 1:47 pm in time for Christmas. We apologize for any delays or poor communication during the holiday season. We want to assure you and all our customers that all orders placed in preparation for the Christmas holiday were delivered on or before December 24th. We are short staffed and this put a strain on our available resources during the dates between Dec. 15th through Dec. 31st. We agree that communications during the peak event and holiday seasons have not been up to our normal standard however all insoles with the exception of a few have been delivered in a timely manner as expected. We want to let customers and readers know that we are making every effort to remedy our customer service shortcomings in the New Year and thank you for your continued support. As with many small businesses, diminishing resources on all fronts from increased production cost, increased labor cost, increased shipping costs, and increased business costs in general have left us strained to say the least. We are the first to admit that like many businesses we are fighting to maintain previous levels of service but we are managing. We want to assure all future and current customers that we have plenty of inventory to meet the needs of our customers and all orders will continue to ship in a timely manner as we have worked through the holiday bottleneck. I ordered 2 pair of insoles April 29. I was charged for both. I was informed there is a back order on the black ones. After sending several emails, Wayne called me June 4, apologized and after my telling him to just go ahead and send another color. He said he would do, and to make things right, would send a complimentary pair in the mail the following. 15 days later, i have not received anything. Ive also left very kind messages.
