      Rose was through our ********************* (AHS). We had a leak coming from our furnace (in attic) back in 2021 and **** came out and said they fixed it. Fast forward to Dec 2022, the leak is back, and **** is dispatched again. They came out 4 times from Dec 2022 Feb 2023. Each time we got a different diagnosis and the problem was not fixed. Each tech blamed the leak on something else; meanwhile during these 3-4 months the leak was still happening and creating water damage in kitchen. During this whole process they were hard to get a hold of, would hardly answer our calls or call us back. One tech actually left after arriving to our residence because I was under 10 minutes away. We requested to change companies through AHS in the beginning of February and no one got back to us. **** was scheduled again to come out in the beginning of March 2023. The day of, AHS called me and said **** was not going to come out because according to ****, it was a roof leak. I called **** to see if they could still come out because the leak was back, (mind you I am pregnant, have a 20-month-old, two dogs in the house, a husband who is ********* *** work full time). **** knew this and knew we needed help fixing our furnace. The manager at Rose told me we will never come back out to your residence again. I was in tears while speaking to her and they did nothing. Fast forward to 2 days later, (3am Wednesday) I wake up to my house freezing, 62 **************** is blowing out cold air and would not shut off no matter what I did. I call an emergency HVAC company. They come out, shut the furnace off and couldn't believe the state of the furnace, it was so bad that it had corroded inside and out and was leaking carbon monoxide. He stated the air was so unhealthy, that it should have not been running and fixed a long time ago. Due to the negligence, this became a nightmare with no heater for 3 wks. All Rose had to tell us is that we needed a new ************ could of went that route.

      WORST COMPANY EVER I had a heating issue in December 19 2020 they came out and said it was a bad motor and they have to order it. it had taken them until February to fix after several calls to home warranty. ******* came and fixed the motor and heat was blowing upstairs but not downstairs. I contacted the home warranty who said the dampers are not covered under the warranty so I paid them $475.00 to fix and replace the damper. Since they fixed the part the ac system keeps going out and tripping the ciruit breaker. I again called on home warranty and they send out a different company who looked at what going on. The technician said it's tripping because the work last technician did with damper keeps tripping the breaker. I called Rose and she said yeah they cameout several months ago and I was explaining to her that what ******* came and did is not working she said he no longer works here.She said she has no record of it and I had the technician next to me who said this should be a warranty issue since it was 6 months ago while I was on speaker phone and she hung up.I tried calling again and she hung up again today Aug 03,2021 This is the worst company and worst customer service ever.My next call is to the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection services I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

      ************** contacted our office and without any explanation put someone on the phone who said "You are a *****hack company and you need to do your ****** job." I asked who this person was. They refused to identify themselves and told me it was none of my ******* business. His language was very inappropriate and he continually refused to identify himself. He continued to scream at me. As I had no idea who this person was, nor what the issue was, I advised him I was ending the call. ************** immediately called back and began yelling at me, so I advised him that unless he wanted to calm down, the call would be ended. He refused and the call was ended. The work that was done in February was completed timely. The delay was due to his home warranty company delaying the authorization. We worked on the furnace, not the air conditioner. The work we completed that is referenced in his review was paid for by the warranty company. ************** did not pay us money for the blower motor that was installed. If he had an issue with the work that was done, the protocol would be to request a service call from us - not place someone on the phone who refused to identify themselves. I immediately contacted the warranty company, confirmed that they sent a company out for the A/C (and not the heater that we worked on). They did not identify the company. I filed a complaint against that company and the warranty company is currently investigating them. Our telephone calls are recorded and the recording was forwarded to the warranty company to verify the conversation. If ************** would like to act in professional manner and refrain from using foul and degrading language when speaking to our staff, we can move forward from there.
