    Hello so Ill start off with the fact that not only is this company playing games with people but there not fast to get stuff fixed So starting off with the fact that I ordered a PC off there flex program which seemed fine and do able for now. How ever its now Jan and I ordered this back in nov. I was on vacation due to the holidays and my neighbor was watching for this PC to come in for me as he has always watched out for my packages so that porch pirates dont strike while on vacation I get a notification from ***** one of the worst companys to use for stuff that my package was delivered the package was supposed to be signed by someone at the residence. However this was not the case the package showed delivered but my neighbor who is very trusted and have never had issues with not giving me my packages said he thought the package was delivered because there was a package on the porch. Now this was after there was already a delay to the order as it was and I contacted them saying it showed delivered but was not. I contacted them and they asked if anyone had signed for it and I said let me check with my neighbor. By the way hes about 70 yrs old and kinda hard hearing. But anyways he said it was so I replied to there email with yes I received it not knowing it was not the item I was waiting on but it was my wifes item she ordered a month prior. So now we are currently waiting on them to finish there investigation and as I wait I had already contacted the ***** company letting them know it was not delivered and that my neighbor didnt sign anything and now we play the waiting game as the NZXT tries to get money for something I have yet to enjoy. The point of this is NZXT is very slow with process and ***** was confirmed to have delivered it somewhere and signed it but not at my location after talking with ***** in nov when it was said to be delivered they said it was signed but who signed it? Unfortunately they dont have a camera on that truck. What now?

    Been a total of 8 days since I placed order and 5 since I was told I would get a tracking number still have yet to get it. **************** takes years to reply if they do. When there websites says 5-7 days to receive package and I havent even received a tracking number

    My ticket # ******* I sent an email with details on the dead power supply, with 6 years of warranty remaining. Provided a copy of the original receipt. I sent three emails and tried calling the support number (non-existence). This company does not stand behind its product. No response, no contact, no nothing. The company is not honoring its warranty. Terrible.

    Bought a 6k pc in July and 30 days later it fails to stay on without crashing. All webpages just crash. Thier s***** nzxt s*** crashes. F*** this company

    I bought a PC from then in August of 23. by December the pc started having overheating issues and in January I had to send it in for repairs. the customer service tech told me it would take 3-5 business days (that was a lie). there website said 7 business days (lie). 13 business days later my pc was finally being shipped back to me. they told me pc was damaged during shipping (lie). they said the case, gpu, cpu, and motherboard all had to be replaced. if all of those were damaged from shipping the odds of my pc even starting would have been astronomical let alone actually working pretty decently for 4 months. that's how I knew they were lying. So, I get my pc back and the end of January. now here we are 3 months later, and I am having issues with my gpu. talked to a customer service rep and asked to talk to a supervisor and they said one would contact me for the end of the day (lie) this was 05/09/24. the same customer service contacted me and said they would refund my initial shipping cost and I need to send my computer in to be fixed. a supervisor never contacting me, and I didn't ask the rep to talk to one for me. I replied asking for the info to send my stuff back and that I still wanted to talk to a supervisor. I have sense been ghosted and haven't heard anything back. My Advice:1. Don't buy a pc from NZXT. 2. Buy a pc from NZXT (wrong choice) if you do buy a pc from this company make sure you get the largest warranty they have. Second, download OCCT (stress test/ benchmark program) and I would say run a test weekly to make sure your pc is running how it should be. Consider it like hoping on to your favorite game to do a weekly quest. hopefully this never happens to anyone else but when your pc starts failing test contact their customer support team and send it back to be fixed and if you have to keep doing that until your warranty expires. they clearly would rather spend more money fixing their own mistakes then to actually make a good pc from the start.

    I ordered my first NZXT ** a few years ago based on the recommendation of a coworker and also several online reviews I'd read. When I received the *** I was mostly pleased with the performance for my job (I use it for both work and also for gaming). But the gaming side was lacking a bit, because any game that I tried to play would crash fairly frequently regardless of which game I was playing. After this had happened several times (spaced out over a lengthy period of time due to a busy season at work), I did some research and found out the issue I was experiencing was likely *** related. I reached out to NZXT, and was provided instructions on how to re-situated the *** hardware and update the driver. The re-situated *** worked temporarily, but before too long I started experiencing the same issues as before. I opened a ticket with NZXT tech support, and after 6 months of back and forth, they've essentially only given me troubleshooting steps that have repeatedly pointed to a faulty ***.The solution should be simple: provide replacement ***. But the only option they are offering is to send the entire ** back for an RMA. Which I am told could take 2-3 weeks.That is unacceptable, as this is a newer ** that I use for work, and cannot go without for 2-3 weeks due to that. In addition, I was told I'd have to pay for packaging materials to send the ** back to NZXT because I did not keep the original packaging. I did not keep the original packaging because I had confidence in NZXT as a brand to provide a quality product the first time around. And also quality customer service to resolve any issues that arise in an efficient manner. But that simply hasn't been the case from my experience.^The text above, I sent to NZXT's 'customer support team' via chat, but the "customer service rep" said he'd have to forward my ticket to someone else and that person would be with me shortly. That person never showed up and now they won't answer any of my chat messages.

    Lack of resolution for company mistake. I'm disappointed in my experience with NZXT simply due to the lack of reasonable resolution offered. I purchased a custom built ** (a north of $3,000 **) and when it arrived it was built in the wrong case. I quickly contacted support and was met with a friendly and seemingly helpful agent that apologized for the mess up and said he would start a support ticket for resolution. Their suggested resolution was to either give me a $70 credit and 3 RGB fans that was supposed to be in the case i ordered OR to return the ** and have me pay a restocking fee. Since this is not the case i wanted, i asked that recieved the credit, 3 fans, and that the other 4 fans in my case be replaced to match (less than a $100 request) and was quickly denied. This ** is for work and without it would be an issue, so sending this ** back and asking them to build me the correct one was much further of an inconvenience. Im writing this truly disappointed that a less than $100 request to mildly accommodate their error was denied on a $3,000 purchase. This tells me they do not care about the end user.

    I basically like the power supply I purchased, but if you have any problems with the company you find out they have very poor customer service and refuse to accept that the problems might be their fault. The sealed box came with 2 power cables and no CPU cable. 1) The support rep refused to agree that they might have packed the box incorrectly and blamed the problem on Amazon saying it could be an Open Box; it wasn't. So that's basically calling Amazon liars. 2) When it turned out they didn't have the cable in stock they made no offer to cross-ship a power supply WITH cables and just left me hanging with no idea when I could complete my build. 3) they have since ignored any communications. STAY AWAY from NZXT products.

    I ordered my sons 2 computers for Christmas this company is a straight up scam, even after contacting them over ******* emailing over and over and calling they never sent me a shipping or even a confirmation for my order I paid over **** and even after waiting weeks still nothing this company needs to be shut down it pays influencers to advertise to KIDS just to scam hard working parents into buying some dumb PCs

    Bought a prebuilt PC and about a a year and three quarters in (suspiciously close to end of warranty), PC crashes regularly. Support is no help, they take days between updates to respond and Im almost positive theyre purposely dragging it out until my warranty is no longer honored. If it comes to that, I promise I will be taking them to court.
