    Greetings BBB Original order date was the 6th of March . This was my 3rd order from Ruze , I received the other two with minor issues concerning the delivery service schedule. I emailed Ruze several times with the same response, give it 2-3 more days . Reshipment or a refund could not be processed until they received my order back at **** . Days passed no contact so Then I started reaching out via phone , spoke with ***resentatives that gave me an option to have it reshipped or refunded. They explained to me it was a delivery service issue because my apt number was not on the label . Which I didn't understand due to the fact I ordered twice before. When I first ***lied to the email ...I picked reshipped and provided my full address to them , so that there would be no issues . March 29th I called and was told that my package had been returned to them and now it can be reshipped or refunded . Called back days later due to not receiving any info at this point then I was told , they did not receive the order and I would have to wait until they received it in order to move ahead with the my refund . I explained to the *** this was between them and the delivery service and my refund should not be affected by this delay . May I add this order was a gift purchase which surpassed my partners special day . Very disappointed

    2/20/24 Made a purchase of 3 pairs of shoes. $113.57 USD Total. 3/3/24 sent back 2 pairs per return policy using their prepaid shipping for store credit $98.97. (If you want a full refund then you had to pay for your own return shipping) 3/7/24 confirmed Ruze Shoes had received my return.The return policy says that a coupon code for the credit would be sent once they received the items. I have since emailed **************** 3 times with no response on March 19th, 20th, and 28th. I have read similar reviews on their own website and now here on BBB. Its too bad I didnt see the reviews before I flushed a 100 bucks down the drain. ??

    They sell shoes with defects. When I reached out and included all the pictures they asked for, they stopped replying. I want my money back.

    THEY ARE BLATANTLY TAKING FROM ME! I ORDERED 3 PAIRS OF SHOES FOR $120.00 & SOME CHANGE. WHEN MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE, I TRIED REACHING OUT VIA EMAIL. WHEN 3, THEN 4, THEN 5 DAYS PASSED, I CALLED! 2/13/23 AND WAS TOLD "YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED, CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE." THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM UNTIL I SAID "MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED, AND U GUYS SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING MY ITEMS WERE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE & WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO MORE IN STOCK? (I WAS CONFUSED BY THIS.) WHEN I MENTIONED THAT PARTICULAR EMAIL TO THE REPRESENTATIVE, HE TOLD ME "WE Didn't MEAN TO SEND THAT TO YOU, we'll call USPS ON YOUR BEHALF, & GET BACK TO YOU BY EOD." THIS WAS AT 12:30 PM CST ITS NOW 5:32 PM CST, I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK, SO I CALLED THEM BACK. THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO ANSWERED THIS TIME SAID "WE DON'T HAVE A NUMBER TO CALL USPS, WE ARE WORKING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED." I DIDN'T GET ANGRY LIKE I WANTED TO, INSTEAD I SAID "OKAY THANKS" I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING AT ALL, AND ITS ALMOST LIKE THEY DON'T EVEN CARE!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY'RE BASICALLY STEALING FROM ME! IF THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME, AND THEY ARE JUST TELLING MY THINGS TO GET ME OFF OF THE PHONE, HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE THEY DOING THIS TO!? IT'S COMPLETELY WRONG!! BELOW I'VE ATTACHED SOME PHOTOS OF THE EMAILS I'VE SENT TO THEM, THE EMAIL I RECEIVED OF THEM TELLING ME "MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE AND NO LONGER IN STOCK" AND A PHOTO OF MY (INFORMED DELIVERY ACCOUNT) WHICH IS USPS MAIL TRACKING. THE DAY IT WAS "DELIVERED" SHOWING I HAD NO INCOMING PACKAGES! I'M LOST ON WHAT TO DO! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER HAD TO CONTACT THE BBB, OR EVEN TRY CONTACTING A BUSINESS ABOUT AN ISSUE LIKE THIS!
