Do not purchase from them since they have the worst customer service. I reached out immediately when I realized I have bought an item in the wrong size. I just wanted an exchange. They waited a month to get back to me to tell me that my email was in their spam folder and told me they couldn't even do an exchange because the item was on sale. On their website their policy says "We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at ..."Do not even attempt to call their phone number provided on their website since it's just a beeping tone and then it hangs up on you. All I wanted was an exchange and they wouldn't even honor that. The customer service is really low. They are unprofessional and I am wondering if it's even a real business
