At 1:04 pm 3/28 I placed an order for a product. Decided to cancel since the company apparently rips designs and makes poorer quality versions of them with bad stitching. Requested a cancellation at 10:48 am CST March 29th, less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order requesting a cancellation. Didn't respond to me until March 31st (today) saying it was already shipped and they could not process refunds but I could return.Initial Complaint

Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Their returns are a joke. No online systemyou have to email an individual (with extremely limited business hours), request a return and send them all of the order details they should already have on file, pay and ship your return yourself, send them tracking, and still get no response once theyve received it. My original order that included a dress arrived damaged , the zipper on the dress would not budge. Also the shoes did not fit. I asked for a return of the damaged item and shoes but was offered to resend the items to me for an additional fee and I would not have to pay for the return shipping on the other items . I should not have had to pay for the return fee for the damaged dress . But to hurry the exchanges I accepted and paid both amounts . Several weeks later I emailed them to find out if they had shipped my items, and they stated I had not paid the invoices. I did and replied but they wanted more money. Three months later I received the items way past the date I needed and the dress was damaged and I found all my payments were posted on my credit card, which was paid twice for the replacement items . I have contacted them twice with detailed information and have not had any response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 6 items. When they arrived one was a very poor quality. I wanted to return that one as well as three others. I wanted to exchange two more and my daughter opted to keep the 6th. Their customer service was very poor. After a week of back and forth emails, I was given three options: return everything for a full refund but I would pay the shipping for the return, keep my original order and select 3 items that would be sent as compensation, or electing for a partial $38 refund and keeping my original order. I opted to select three items and keep the original order. I then received an email stating I would have to select two of my three items because the total cost of them was too high. They never mentioned a monetary value for the total 3 items. When I questioned it, I was informed to return everything and pay the return shipping for a full refund. After some more back and forth emails, I selected two of the three items and have yet to receive anything. On Nov 20th I was told it would ship in 3-5 days. With a follow up on Dec 2nd I was told there was an issue and the 2 items would be shipped in 2-3 days. I have still received nothing. And am being charged for my initial order in full. They also told me they reserve the right to consult with their legal team over any unreasonable demands when I opted to select 3 items which was the option they offered me. Very frustrating and I think I am just stuck with 6 pieces I can't use, down $170 from the initial order, and left with no option but to accept the loss.Initial Complaint

I purchased some dresses from this company. I got them. They did not fit so I sent them back to them with tags on and everything. So nothing was wrong with them for them to resell them. The quality of the material was poorly made and I paid $15 to have it sent back to them. And they still have not gave my money back. They refuse to give my money back. To keep giving me excuses, I went through numerous emails with them and they continue. To refuse to give my money back.The products that they are selling are poorly made and cheap and aren't worth what they're selling for.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 jumpsuits from their website and based on their own sizing chart it shouldve fit. When I got my merchandise many weeks later, nothing for and was all way too small. I emailed the company and was responded to days later by someone who barely spoke English and was told that Id need to mail back the items at my own expense. I did that and used my office Pitney ***** machine for postage. Its been over a month since Ive mailed the package and now they say if I cant find a tracking number they wont refund me. Ive been emailing this company for months now and get sporadic responses usually telling me something Ive already been told, like find the tracking number when I told them I dont have it. Ive never received the package back so I know that this company did receive it and I did put adequate postage. I think they just dont have any kind of system in place for returns As you can clearly see on the picture that I put the return number on the packageInitial Complaint

Purchased dress specified need it by certain date. Did not receive item until a week past date needed. Requested to return unopened package for refund and shipping label. Had not received shipping label. Had not been given return address to this company. No response each time I contact company. They will not fully refund me and offer free return shipping over a product that is grossly undersized and of poor quality. They keep demanding photos as proof. They have argued with me for over two weeks and now say Im out of their return policy window. There is only one return phone number and email so you have no way to get another person to assist you. i received part of my order. none of the items were the sizes posted on their website. one of the items never shipped. i contacted the company and i had 3 options. 1 to pick 2 new items on their site and they will send me those and i can keep the original shipment. 2 they will refund me $35. or 3 i return the order, pay shipping, provide a tracking number and wait. i've contacted them again about my missing part of the order and have heard nothing. complete silence since my original complaint.
