I ordered a product on Feb 14 about, and was promised 2 day shipping, they took payment around $70 and I never received a confirmation for the order. I repeatedly reached out for information or reimbursement and was ignored.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on February 11th, 2023. The order was for same-day processing. As of today, the order still remains unfulfilled. I reached out to the company and was told they were unable to give me a date when the order would be fulfilled. They also stated that they are unable to refund or cancel any order once it's placed. They are deleting when people are posting that their orders are almost 2 months overdue.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through this company's website on February 14th and it still has not been processed or shipped out. They claim to process and ship out order within 48 hours, but I haven't seen any update. I have messaged them via email and ******** and no response. There is no other way to reach out or communicate, so I am at a loss. It was over $80 worth of product on that order and I should have received this order already. If I still cannot receive the order - preferably with expedited shipping, then I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order February 2, 2024 for $80 with the note that all orders ship same day or next day - two weeks later my order was showing as Order Placed on the Shop app and on Aneses website. I have emailed their customer service weekly since February 16 with no response, as well as messaged them on Instagram with no reply. Additionally, they are deleting all public comments regarding orders not shipping from their Instagram and ******** pages - this was confirmed by two other consumers experiencing the same problems. Because the order is Processed on their site, I am unable to cancel the order and will have to submit a claim through US Bank for reimbursement. As someone who has worked extensively in ***************** the professionalism and treatment from Anese is abhorrent.Initial Complaint

I placed an order at anese.co on January 23 for two products with a total that amounted to $60.34 including shipping. The confirmation email said my order would be packaged and sent for delivery within 48 hours. On February 6 I sent an email to their customer service email requesting an update on my order and initially got an automatic response that someone would respond to my email and then on the 7th received an email explaining shipping delays owing to the rain storms in *******************. I sent a follow up email on the 19th asking for an update on the status of my order and have since not heard anything back. Having seen reviews here on the BBB website and on the anese.co instagram account, it seems that I am not the only one who has an order that isn't being shipped and further, their customer service is no longer responding to emails and deleting comments from social media where people ask for their order status. This leads me to believe they have no intention of fulfilling orders and I would like a refund and a response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Anese on 1.30.2024 for a total of $90.52 cents. All information on my confirmation email and the website says the order will be shipped with 48 hrs. As of today 2.16.2024 I have received no further communication or shipment confirmation. I have reached out through email and received no response. They encourage folks to reach out on social media as well so I DMed them which was also ignored. I then commented on one of their posts with the hopes theyd see and saw multiple other comments of other customers complaining about not receiving their order. Anese is actively deleting comments on their social media making complaints about this issue which shows that they are stealing from their customers and trying to cover it up.Initial Complaint

I purchased a $75 product and I emailed them that it was the wrong one - they immediately replied to me, saying that things shipped immediately and I cannot change or cancel an order. They have charged me recurring charges for it, and nothing has shipped to me within the last month so it is a lie that things ship immediately and I find it very suspicious that they were able to reply to me once, but the six other times that I have followed up with them on where my item is, no one is replying to me anymore.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from Anese in December 2023. In the confirmation email the business claimed that the order would be shipped withinn48 hours and that I would be receiving a follow up email with the tracking info for within that time frame.I never received an email so I contacted them via their chat on their website, and never got a response so I sent an email. Weeks pass and still nothing. I contacted them via ******** messenger Instagram DM and still no reply and its February by now & I had paid over 75 $ for shipping alone or a tiny package or beauty products. I finally get a reply and they are refusing to refund and cancel and they are refusing to ship? I asked them to do one or the other because I want the matter resolved and now Im in the same place again being ghosted by them ! IInitial Complaint

On September 7th, 2023 I placed an order through Anese for a total of $182.75. Their website advertised that it ships same or next day. It wasnt until the 11th of September I got an email saying my order was being prepared and will ship soon. I have not gotten a shipping confirmation as of today (September 23rd). I track my packages through an app called Shop. My app is telling me that its been partially shipped since the 11th (September). I tried emailing them ******************************* and I got a delivery incomplete email saying there was a temporary problem delivering my message. Ive included all screen shots of these messages and tracking info.
