This Company has had my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta in for repair in their facility since October 2023 which is coming up on 6 months. They have a part on order that is on a nation wide back order. I have been in contact with Volkswagen care unit and my case number is ******** and they have not been any more helpful than **** in getting my car back. I am sure that if any of these people had to wait 6 months they eould not be any happier than I am.. **** tells me to get ahold of Volkswagen care and now they are telling me to file a complaint with the Better Bussiness Bur. Where does the passing the problem to other people end and the return of my car begin. Can someone help with this madness. *******************

Hello ***,My name is *************************, I am the General Manager at ****************. I am sorry that your vehicle is not ready for you to take home yet. Unfortunately, as you know this specefic part is in nationwide back order with Volkswagen. You and I have spoken a several times regarding the this back order. We have excalated this to the highest level we can with Volkswagen. Due to supply chain issue worldwide, VW could not help us to get the needed part here any sooner. We are not "passing the buck", we just are out of short term options until this part is available to us. I will continue to reach out to VW care until this issue gets resolved. I appreciate your continued patience. Thank you ************************* General Manager MossBros VW *********************** www.mosssavings.com "At ****, You're the Boss"

I bought a carfrom them in late January and the engine went out in late February. They sold me an Lemon. I only made one payment for the car before this happened. Warranty only covered the rental car for 5 days. They wanted me to keep putting money out for a rental car that they would not even help with. I was spending more on the rental car than the actual payment. This company is real. Piece of ****. None of the managers ever returned any of my calls. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership at all. We will tell you one thing and never stick to what they tell you.

I had a pre approval, and specifically asked VW dealer if the car advertised online was available. I was told yes and to drive there for an appt. I explained I did NOT want to drive there, over 100 miles, if car was not available due to gas prices. They said YES car was there. ONCE I GOT THERE the salesman said, didn’t Di Marco contact you? The car isn’t here it’s in Colton and maybe sold. Then I was told the managers tell the sales people to say whatever needs to be said to get their buyers to make an appt and come to the dealership lot. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. Turns out the car WAS there and across the street at Mos Bro Chevrolet. During this whole fiasco someone at Chevy test drove the car and purchased it. Worse experience, waste of time and GAS. I advise anyone to go anywhere else but here. No customer service, and fyi salesmen don’t have to be liars. You can do your job well, compassionately, and still make the sale without screwing someone over.

The vehicle was available when the client originally inquired, although MVP had picked up the car to show, and subsequently sell. Unfortunately with our shared inventory between all the stores, this occasionally will happen with no malice aforethought. My apologies for the inconvenience, please contact VW General manager David O**** to further discuss.

I received a response from the dealership regarding my complaint. Their explanation was that the vehicle was available when the appt was made but that MVP picked up the car to show and subsequently sell before I arrived. This is false. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told by the salesman that he knew the car would not be available for my appointment and he had asked DiMarco to contact me and let me know that the vehicle was in Colton and probably sold. There was sufficient time to contact me before I spent the $50 in gas and drove the 2 hours to the dealership. I was not called to cancel the appt once it became knowledge that the vehicle was not available or that I was second in line to view it. This was a waste of my time and gas money. In my opinion this decision to not contact me was malicious and an attempt to have me keep the appt and come to the dealership. It is sneaky salesmanship and not necessary to get business. I appreciate your response, but I do not agree with your explanation..

After scheduling an appointment with this dealership even though we had to be at work at 3:00 55 miles away from this business we were there all day trying to get lenders to approve us for a car we couldn't get an approval until they got a new car that they said they had in the back at a sister lot. When they brought this car out they sent in our approval to a lender we got an approval when we scheduled the appointment we were told no money down as long as we had jobs and pay stubs. Anyways we got an approval for the vehicle that was in the back the lenders approved it got a text message stating that congratulations on your new vehicle that you just purchased even scheduled an appointment for the LoJack to be put in as we were getting ready to leave in our new vehicle one of the employees came up to us and said we had three to four weeks to come up with the down payment which was $3,000 we agreed. So we were all happy we told our ride to go ahead and leave it is now 3:30 and our boss told us as long as we come to work with a car our boss told us not to come to work again if we weren't able to get a car our boss was mad that this was our third time in trying to get a car and if we weren't able to get one we weren't to come back to work. Our boss was getting angry because we kept missing days and not coming up with the car. We were all excited we're getting ready to leave the employee came to us when they were washing the car getting it ready for us and said that he's sorry he couldn't let us leave unless we had half the down payment which was $1,500 they agreed no money down and we all agreed upon $3,000 in 3 to 4 weeks the result from all this we lost our jobs and we got no car and we got stuck stranded in Moreno Valley 55 miles from home with no way to get home.
