    Very overpriced for the product. Ordered the black large backseat dog bed, came as navy and folds up so the dog cant sit in it as shown. Also purchased the walking vest and leash. My dog is a medium in everyones vest but theirs. It is too tight around her neck and too short so it cuts her under her arms. When I tried to return they initially said sure we can replace or refund. I said lets refund and the next answer we cant because its personalized. They gave me 20% off on the vest which Id seen both the vest and bed advertised for way, way less than I paid. ***** this company

    I ordered a dog bed on December 1, and 36 days later, I have yet to receive it. I am in communication with their customer service team which continues to be a disappointing experience with AI generated responses and still NO updates about when I can expect to receive the bed. Apparently it's with a 'carrier' and still not even with the shipping party. My original tracking order is now showing as expired, so I'm pretty certain this is a lost cause. Completely unacceptable and I've never dealt with a horrendous customer service like this. If I don't receive it by the end of this week, I'll have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Will never be purchasing from this company again.

    Their delivery service caused damage to our home. We emailed and sent them the requested information as well as video of the damage occurring. They will not provide the courier service name nor will they reimburse us for the damage caused. Will never purchase from them again

    I ordered the luxurious full backseat protector. It took over a month to receive from *****. In the meantime I had to find something else and Im glad I did. The information says it fits all cars however there is no way it will work in a Tahoe and it is not of top quality material. I emailed the company back and explained all this to them. And yes I can return it by paying the shipping and a restock fee. So I have to pay because the product was advertised incorrectly and because of their slow shipping. Not to mention all promotional items need to be returned as well. If they would have paid for at least the shipping I would have been inclined to purchase another product however their customer service, or lack there of, has made me decide otherwise.

    The product was a much smaller the company would not take a return. They dont answer their 800 number.!!! And the fabric of this dog bed is similar to blankets and pillows. I got a five below and a target.!! I paid over $147 for this dog bed for my 15-year-old dog and it is a big joke. Please do not purchase. I believe it comes from *****.

    Do NOT buy from this company. They took my money on September 30 and after 22 days they cannot find my package and the link they sent me is invalid, stuck on the 30th. I told them I was going to ask my bank to investigate since they are not taking action and they assured me they were working on it. After 10 emails full of excuses, most of them sent to me at midnight, the problem is still unresolved. If you try calling, the phones just guide you to their email or chat.

    Do not buy from this company. The product is shoddy and excessively overpriced. Ordered the the large orthopedic cooling bed and blanket on a promotion which was a BOGO on the blanket. I received only one blanket and on my inquiry to receive the promotional (2nd) blanket, I was told that I did something wrong, so no to sending along the free blanket and oh, "we apologize for any inconvenience"! An absolute scam!! I paid $148.30 for an items that are chintzy and of VERY poor quality!

    Buyer Beware! Dog cooling bed/blanket. Claim not made with chemicals, but arrived with overwhelming chemical smell, no tags, no care labels, no inner packaging/wrap several weeks late. Contacted them immediately. Will not consider it returnable or defect. Must pay return shipping and undisclosed amount to restock. Or I can keep it and theyll refund 30%, agreed to this, but have yet to see that credit. Absolutely dishonest, bait and switch. Chemical laden. I wouldnt send it back so they could resell it. Just throwing it away.

    Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered one dog cooling mat based on all the glowing reviews. During checkout, the last page offered a buy one get one free for the cooling mats. I accepted and requested a second mat as the free product. As soon as I selected this, with no further order verification, my credit card was charged for two mats. I was immediately upset but there was no way to change it, I figured at least it would be worth it if the mats worked as advertised. Several weeks later they arrived. The ice silk felt like cheap polyester. While it was cool to the touch, it got warm as soon as I left my hand on it for a second. If anything, I got warmer the longer I held onto it. They do not accept returns on sale items, theres no notification of this before you buy but I should have read their return policy. Now Im stuck with two useless products, one that I didnt even intend to buy, with no recourse.
