      Everything is free through my insurance company. After several years, the meter measures inaccurately higher than in the beginning. My glucose was *************************************************** the car right after, It measured 162 which is 22% higher. I had called Livongo about inaccurate metering earlier and they said they would replace the meter if more than 20% error occurs.

      Privacy concerns. My work covers BG kits and livongo are charging for new supplies kits once a month and they are not received or ordered that often. Keep an eye on your insurance claims and when you receive kits.

      Well lately I been getting high reading with the meter. Over 200 about a month ago I had normal readings what is going on. I am convinced that the meter is not the best one for me. I am concerned and I have been taken my medications.

      The blood glucose meter is mostly flash and relatively little substance. Clearly designed by geeks with no supervision. It requires more blood than either of my older fee meters (One Touch and FreeStyle plus) which is a pretty big failing right there. The lancet holder is badly designed and inconvenient so I am using my old one for now. I believe their lancets will work in it.I have placed the unit into Airplane mode in hopes of protecting my privacy. Based on the other reviews I expect that will not work out well. Plus I don't know if I will be able to get more test strips and lancets without sharing my personal health data. We shall see.The only reason I signed up was for the free supplies. If they bill those (or the meter) to my insurance I will be contacting the authorities for false advertising.

      I'm into my second week with Livongo. I don't have a complaint one. I think this has been a wonderful relationship. It has kept my sugar levels down. I have checked my sugar on my (contor next) tester a few times to see how close the two are, they have been almost exact .1 or .2 different . i'm very pleased so far. i will continue with this product.

      Over the course of a month I've requested to be informed on how to remove myself from their program. The scale doesn't work properly and if I had notifications on I would be discontinuing on that merit alone. They say I haven't logged in in over two months and its only been a month and that is when I started requesting information on how to leave this company because it wasn't what I thought it was when my health care insurance recommended it to me. This company is a scam that doesn't have any working customer service and the little they did have ignored the request for information on how to send it back and quit the program.

      Love the meter and the support that comes with it not like other companies who send you the meter and never hear from them Livongo is top notch

      I have been monitoring my glucose levels by utilizing both Accu-Chek and Livongo devices and tracking the results on a spreadsheet I created to show my doctor. There is often a 10 to 25 point variance between the two meters with Livongo being the higher reading. If I was on insulin, I would be at a high risk of taking the wrong dose of insulin if basing medication solely on Livongo. My doctor has never even heard of Livongo and therefore has encouraged me to remain with Accu-Chek. I have been unable to access my online account and have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue through their customer service desk. I would explore other vendors before wasting my time and risking my health on this poor quality device.
