      I am writting this review because I was charged unauthorized on Google for 10 months. I recently seen I was billed ever since I bought a one week offer and was charged ever after for 7.45. I brought it to my banks attention and they issued my money back. Now today I find the company Google had reversed the banks information. ******* (company's name) on their site has been chargeing me every week thereafter. I want this settled and my money back. It should be VERY CLEAR that you would be billed every week Instead they billed me every week. Unauthorized. Please settle this issue and retreive me money.       Google Fi just charged me $265 for going over my datadespite being on a plan that I thought capped at 15GB. No warning, no clear consent, and theyre refusing to refund me. the worst part of my experience with @googlefi isnt even the $265 surprise data chargeits the insultingly bad customer service that followed. No real help, no accountability, just copy-paste responses and a brick wall!

      You tube is playing the same fraudulent scam play after every single song . False claim that people can get a flex card and get ***** $ a month on a card in two days. Victimizing people when the real flex card is $100 to $1,200 annully

      Google ads sent me a promotion, spend $500 in 2 months and get $500 ad credit. After I spent $500 in 2 months, they refused to give me the $500 ad credit bc I wasn't a first time advertiser. The promotion had many rules that makes participants to get the credit very difficult almost impossible.

      I had to cancel my old equipment and return the equipment due to me wanting to change my plan and I was moving. Once I returned the equipment on 3/14 two days later they charged me for the equipment. When I contacted Google and had to provide the shipping tracking number they said I would be refunded in 7 business days. It is now 4/8 and I called them back due to no return of my money and now I am being told 30 Days for checking accounts. I am about to cancel Google completely and go with spectrum. I was told by two different representatives that it would be 7 business days and now a by a third representative that they didnt know what they were talking about and it is 30.

      I won a google play gift card on a sweepstakes casino and went to go use it and google play froze my balance even after I explained to them how I won it and forwarded them the email of the transaction I received from prizeout which is the company that pays out the gift cards

      Everytime I spend my money on the gpogle play cards I am treated like a **** criminal. I purchased them with my own money to use for my enjoyment in games. *** every time your company blocks me from using my own gift cards. Never an explanation as to why.. Just fill out the stupid form and wait far too long for any response and usually no response comes just either allowed or continue to be blocked from using my own money through their gift cards. Never had this issue with ***** gift cards. But unfortunately apple can't be used on android. Only Google play. And all I can do is leave a review. How do they get away with this? I give proof I purchase yet still can not use the cards. Last time I had 15 $ sit on my account for over a year before it was released. What a fraud of a company!

      ******* and Google decided that they were going to let people purchase products using mobile carrier that I use to charge for services, however people that were already signed up for subscriptions could still use it for another year, I paid for ******* it showed in a receipt that I paid for it and it also showed under my subscriptions that I paid for it however ******* showed that I didn't, and with subsequent chats with both parties Google and ******* they said that they were no longer accepting that payment however it should work for me and I showed them the proof and they told me the best way to do this was to ask for a refund and cancel my account and then go back in there and sign up using my preferred method of payment but what I did this it totally shut me off and now I am no longer a member of ******* premium family. And they don't seem to care that they lost a business from a customer that's been using their service for over 3 years.. and I'm sure there's going to be other people like be that complain about this over the next couple of months. They're promise to let people use mobile billing through 2026 is it absolute lie. They coaxed me into canceling my service and then when I tried to reinstate it I could not use my carrier any longer. And that was the only means that I could have for having those services.. two thumbs down for ******* and Google for their blatant lie. I wish somebody else would come out with another platform like ******* because I can't do visits with a company who lies to their customers. It's a literally a slap in the face to hardworking customers who pay for a service

      Google fiber emailed me and advice me to turn my service back on it would ****** on March 31st. On April 3 I made the payment. I spoke to 2 customer *** one Told me they were escalating the issue then ended the chat. 2nd told me I need to wait an hour and the service would be back on. The 3rd one send that even though I made the payment they refuse to reconnect my service. I ask for a supervisor they were busy but told her to tell me there is nothing they can do. I understand I owe the money and I happily paid it with the understanding my service would be reconnected per their email. I would like my service reconnected until I find another provider.
