    very poor streaming for *** today on 13-april 2025. Intermittently unavailable, streaming gets stuck, both web and IOS

    I wish there was a negative review option even below 1 star. These people are so bad on every count, that I cannot even think of another channel that could be as bad as them. During World Cup it was a nightmare! Hanging transmission, something went wrong, log in again messages again and again and again. When I logged in again, compels to watch advert before you watch the match. Only one device even in the same home/ip address. I was even charged when I cancelled my subscription. When I approached customer service, mail after mail but no refund. They charge highest per month in *** and offer worst service! Unbelievable incompetence!

    Subscribing Willow TV was a total nightmare. They nether have a contact number where you can talk to them nor they will respond to your messages/emails. Note- I took a monthly subscription on June 2nd 2024, first they have charged the renewal fee in between the first month of subscribing i.e. Jun 23rd which they later reimbursed after filing a complaint. Second, I have specifically emailed them to cancel my subscription a week before the end of my subscription on July 2nd but despite that they have charged the renewal fee again on July 3rd. Since then, I have shared several messages to resolve this billing issue but they dont even care to respond to my messages. I have a bunch of other subscriptions but never faced such an issue before; very disappointing service.

    Agreed. Paid for a yr recd receipt. No live video. After no help from endless emails to support, gave up and stopped card payment

    It's impossible to cancel the subscription, or remove/change your payment information on their website. They were charging be double each month, I requested a cancellation, the customer support "assured" me that my subscription is cancelled. Lo and behold, 3 months later I'm still being charged. Had to cancel my card and dispute charges via my bank. It should be a crime to not allow a subscription to be cancelled.

    I have been watching WillowTV since a long time. The streaming was reliable and quality good. But this year it is poor. My connectivity has been three times at 150MBPS.The reason is I think the Ad companies are hijacking cricket streaming. Too many interruptions and when it resumes the Dollby Ad takes over for nearly 2 mts. This also happens if we try to view other match. Sorry the greed for Ads has ruined the past reputation.

    Very disappointing! Trying to watch the test match between ******** and Aus. The broadcast keeps on dropping out. Viewers are bombarded with pathetic ****** commercials but unable to watch the cricket. Im finished with them!

    I would give them a 0 star if possible. Paid subscribers should be able to skip ads when the skip ad button appears on the screen. There are 4min and 30 sec long ads that cannot be skipped and this is quite ridiculous if you ask me. Willow TV should not be allowed to operate in the US if they are going to blatantly violate customer rights with respect to ad preferences.

    I live in ****** and I had subscribed for 1 month to watch the *** Cricket World Cup but was unable to watch even one match. I later realized that I could not watch the match live on my laptop and had to download the app on my **************** but was unable to do so as I couldn't find the Willow TV app. Hence, I am trying to request them to cancel my subscription with immediate effect and refund me the *** **** but I'm unable to do so on my account profile as they are asking me to input a valid number. Complete fraud. DON'T BOTHER

    I wish there was a zero star option. This Company is a total fraud. Support is non existent. Please stay alway. If someone is willing to **** I will join the class action lawsuit against them. They took all the money. I am not able to even login. Support doesnt respond back. Total garbage and waste of money.

Later request cancel and refund dated 13th, October 2023.Customer subscription was cancelled and refunded full $9.99 on 13th, October 2023.
