I am filing this complaint against Tango Live (TangoMe, Inc.) due to their complete lack of response regarding my request to remove my ******** account as a linked funding source.I have sent over 48 emails in the past two weeks to **************** and ************** with no response. Additionally, I have submitted 9 in-app support tickets, all of which were immediately closed by an AI auto-response, without any human review or resolution.******** recently downgraded my account to a Lite version, which prevents me from receiving payments. ******** informed me that my Tango Live account is still connected as a funding source and must be removed to restore full functionality. This company has stolen my credit card information. I have contacted the company multiple times through their website and email. I never gave them my credit card information. I have reported their fraud to ****** Play and ****** says the charge was not made through their platform. I never used their service, I never signed up for their service. The first complaint was I got hacked and they refused to refund me for the transactions made so I contacted my bank for a refund which im still fighting for been 4 months then a month later they contact me that they got a request from my bank for a refund which never happened and took back all the coins and told broadcasters i requested a refund which lead to me being harassed and accused of being a fraud tango admitted to being at fault but refused to refund me and to contact my bank who is denying me saying its a problem between me and the merchantInitial Complaint

My husband started using Tango in May 2023 he was disabled and bored thought would be a place to talk to people. Then in order to talk to people they required him to buy coins buy the time I got involved they had scammed him out of ********. I have cancer and can not work and we are in the process of loosing our home because of this scam. I was charged $109.99 on December 3rd *** $99.99 on December 6th. I have not done business with this company. I had never heard of the company until they charged my card. I have tried contacting them but every number i call is not associated with the *******. Every time I try to contact them I am sent to a website that does not help my in any way or the number is not for the company. Both charges have made me get charged and additional $32.00 for each charge because it put my account in the negative.
