      I ended my membership due to other issues yet, I was still charged the $65 when I messaged in and requesting that I be refunded for the full $65 due to me already canceling my membership. They not only reinstated my membership but only gave me a partial credit for the $65 that I was not supposed to be charged.

      Yesterday, Thursday June 20th, I decided to try out Better Help to see what it was about and so I proceeded to use their intake questionnaire and provide the required information to be matched with a therapist and potentially begin therapy with them. It was very unclear to me that they were going to charge me IMMEDIATELY after signing up, before even being matched with anyone or using any of their actual services. They charged me for the first full month but I quickly realised that was not what I wanted and cancelled my membership the same day. They also make cancelling convoluted, consistently trying to convince you not to cancel with every avenue you choose, but to them it doesn't matter, they have essentially scammed you out of a full month's revenue anyway, they don't care, they don't run a fair business. I would hate to see the statistic of how many people essentially get cheated out of their first month's money. I never used any of the services, never scheduled a session or anything, and so I proceeded to search for a refund request form of some kind. They have NOTHING. Even though I used none of their services, they have no official section or policy for refunds and that is just not right. I don't want to use the service at all and because I am not going to use it I want to cancel it immediately (not essentially at the end of the month without gaining any actual service) and erase my data immediately (which I am sure I cannot do if I still want a refund) but they don't give you that option. There is definitely better help out there than this money making, influencer-marketed "health provider".

      I contacted the business via email secondary to not being able to contact them by telephone. I cancelled my sessions because I couldn't afford them any longer. Since then I have been charged $206 dollars twice. They are debiting my account. Since I haven't received a response, I would like to know if they are legitimate or not and will my monies be refunded to me. They will not take my calls or answer any of my emails.       Betterhelp ended up beiung a scam business and I cannot delete my account with them. Thinking is was a legit company, I did give them my social security number, home address, and my birthday. I want my information completely deleted from the company because it will cause me problems in the future

      My billing was changed without my knowledge from weekly billing to monthly billing after just a week using the service. This put my account around $400 in the negative, leading to my bank charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. When I contacted betterhelps customer support they seemed very unsympathetic to my situation. Financial stress is a major contributor to the issues that led me to seek out therapy, and this situation has caused me a lot of stress is is severely impacting my mental health and my life. The representative I spoke with showed very little sympathy for the hardship caused by theyr billing tactics. The replys felt scripted and uncaring, and the solutions offered did not address my problems. The representative even continually claimed that I opted into the monthly billing despite me clearly stating that I did not from the beginning. She also offered conflicting information about there refund policy, stating that one of the charged I had requested to be refunded was against their policy becuase I had used my weekly session with my therapist, while simultaneously offering me a refund for the following month, of which I have used two of my weekly sessions. This feels predatory, and unfair, and certainly goes against betterhelps stated mission and vision. I also feel it's in bad taste for a mental health company to actively hurt it's customers mental health and not even take responsibility or try to address the root cause of the issue, or make any effort to help. I would like to just leave the service, but I've been making improvements with my therapist, and don't want to lose the work I've put in and start all over with a new service and therapist. I feel this has led betterhelp to believe that they don't need to offer me a true solution to this problem, as I plan to stay with theyr service for my own well-being, at least for now.

      This company took my credit card information and provided me with zero service for my teenage daughter. However they charge me 200 to almost 300 dollars weekly for service that I am not getting. They would not talk to us over the phone without furnishing the cc info. Now, they are using it with out permission. There will be no record found of any services rendered to my family.

      Better Help is advertising my business as a part of their network. I am receiving calls from people in different states looking for therapy because better help has somehow included my name and credentials in their advertising. I would like my information removed from their website.

      I subscribed to services in the morning of may 16th and cancelled early evening. They charged me anyway for320$. I received no sevises and cancelled the appt the same day. There is no number to contact them and Ive written several messages but to no avail. I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint
