My therapist is helping me cope with work stress and harassment. She is very supportive and a great listener. I have been able to cope with the everyday stressors because of the program and her help. I reached out to Better Help customer support over a billing issue. (Issue being, they billed me as planned for the service I signed up for on time, and my funds weren't enough to cover my obligations this month. They did everything by the book according to contract.)**************** assisted me with an email within hours for a same day response, processed my refund for the month I paused prior to emailing, and added an extra week of membership service to my account. I've worked in customer support for years, and this was an interaction so above the average in any contact center that I had to leave a review for the business and call out her excellence by name. Its incredible when a business actually enables its team to help those who need it. I will give them my business as long as I am in the market for therapy, and will refer them to anyone else who needs it while I'm at it. Just a perfect experience, and I'm not even getting into my fabulous therapist.Review from Ninia J

I've used online therapy recently and the therapist was wonderful. The idea of being able to talk to a professional therapist and get the help I need online is so appreciated. Due to high gas prices this is helpful to me as well. I can receive help at home where I feel I have more privacy and can better relax. Easy to sign up online. I was able to schedule online and message my therapist anytime was so great. My therapist listened actively and give great tools for me to try at home.
