    Better Help is an amazing platform for people that are seeking to overcoming challenges and finding support and community in this process.I was matched with what it feels to me like a perfect therapist. I choose to communicate via text (thats an option)!!! I feel that Im feel really supported in this ******** also taking advantage of the unlimited psychology classes (definitely why Im recommending Better Help to my friends) and Im not joining a support group, I didnt know before what kind of support group was best for me, but fortunately things are becoming more clear to me and Im looking forward to this growth!     I love Better Help! It's been a lifesaver. The group sessions are very helpful. The classes are very informative. And I like that you can choose or change your individual therapist as needed with no problems.

    I needed a therapist for years but being a Motorcoach Bus Driver I didn't have time to go visit one in person. My job requires me to be ready at all times to be at work when needed. Yes I have days off but I have so much to do that it's just like working. I needed a Therapist because I had so much to get out and let go of. I stumbled on BetterHelp doing a search on ****** and thought maybe I'll try this because it was online and I didn't have to go in a office and man was I blessed. I gave some information about myself and what I needed from a therapist and they sent me information on a therapist who would be taking my case. I pay once a week and my therapist and I work out the day and time for my therapy. This is the best thing that's happened to me because it's convenient to my hectic schedule and I get to talk to my therapist when I'm available and not driving. I am so blessed to have someone to talk to about my situation and give me good advice when I need it most. BetterHelp is just that for me and I'm happy that I am able to have my therapy sessions whenever and wherever I'm at work or or on my day off. Now that's convenience!!!

    I had really needed to talk to a good therapist for a variety of reasons I was really stressed and just a mental mess on. I signed up and I picked one that said she was licensed for over 20 years and went to school and had a degree in therapy etc. When I talked to her, she was clearly not a trained therapist. She was aggressive towards me, did not even bother to listen and made me worse! Then I get a different one, same thing on credentials and she was a lot nicer but she also cancelled sessions I really needed last min always saying she was sick and then when I told her I could not sleep she said I should try to take something!! These so called therapist are not who they say they are and there is no way they are licensed with how they treated me. Don't waste your money here, you wont be getting a real therapist and be worse than you were before you call them.

    I was nervous about trying therapy for the first time in my adult life but Better Help made it easy and connected me with an amazing therapist. It has been hugely beneficial for my mental health having someone to talk to on a weekly basis. The cost is extremely affordable for someone without insurance and it was one of the best decisions I have made regarding where to spend my money.
