    I have been trying to cancel my recurring membership for a while. there cancellation policy is to email ******************************** which I have done twice with no response. but my credit card is getting charged.

    I work as a rideshare driver, I paid for a subscription from this company to track my miles. *** subscription was for the entire year of 2023, and on into 2024. It is a monthly subscription. I use the information they provide as a mileage deduction on my taxes. At the end of July 2023, for some unknown reason they stopped tracking my miles, but they kept taking payment from my bank account. I discovered this about a month ago when I was starting to gather info to file my taxes for 2023. I have repeatedly asked this owner to find the resolution to this discrepancy. He continuously has ignored me. I told him I want to cancel my subscription, he has ignored that and keeps stealing money from my bank account. *** subcription amount is about 42 dollars, but the amount I could have deducted from my taxes had his app been keeping track is about 4800 Dollars. It impossible to deal with this company. ***y are ripping me off. I want this resolved. ***re seems to be no way to cancel it other than telling my bank to reissue me a new credit card with a new number.

    I have emailed Sherpashare multiple years to cancel my membership, Im not even seeking a refund. Just stop charging me every year. Ive even gotten multiple confirmation emails that the membership had been canceled, and yet I keep getting charged the annual fee. Please stop, it isnt right.

    I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year with this company, no response ever. My renewal is coming up again and still no response to my cancellation emails. Don't use the app anymore just want to cancel.

    I tracked my milage with the SherpsShare app from 2018 until August of 2021 when I no longer required the service. As instructed on SherpsShare's website I sent and email with the subject line Cancellation to ********************* from the email I used for the app/subscription (***************************), I sent this email on 8/18/2021. I got no response to this email--but I was confident that my subscription had been canceled and I would not be charged (I had followed all of the instructions provided to cancel my membership). My credit card was charged for a renewal on 01/04/22. I inquired on their website for customer support at that time using their website chat function, I have yet to year back. I emailed further cancellation and inquiry on 8/1/22, 8/4/22, and 8/7/22. I have yet to receive any form of correspondence with regard to my inquiries.
