            Purchased a trademark from Trademarkia. I was charged $99 for a quarterly charge and $350 for another change. Before the next quarter even came around they charged me an additional $99 and I called about it to ask why and to recommend refund. The employee informed me I would be receiving a refund within **** business days. I never received it so I called back a week later which was 3/17/23 and no one had put in my refund nor has a attorney contacted me since I officially paid for this service before 2/6/23. I asked to speak with a dupe and they tell me they dont have one available in my timezone. Something isnt right!

            I needed to renew my Trade **** and Trademarkia indicates on their website that the cost starts at only $99. After completing the application they charged me $948. I looked at all the things they charged me for and cancelled $349 worth of things that I didn't need. They did reimburse me this amount. However, they called me and texted me saying that my deadline is coming up and there were other things I needed to complete. I finally got someone on the phone that knew what they were talking about and they emailed me again. Unbeknownst to me their emails were going in my spam folder. I finally opened the email and there were additional costs that had to be paid of over $500! In the interim, I renewed my trade **** with someone else and asked for a refund of $599 from Trademarkia. Well......of course they declined because they said they have been emailing me and calling me. How much does it cost for someone to email and call???? Certainly not $599 worth. TOTAL SCAM....DO NOT USE TRADEMARKIA!

Based on the information provided, it appears you're referring to the trademark renewal.Our $99 package is our initial package for trademark filing application with USPTO. You had placed the order for trademark renewal which is $599 with the additional services like ownership update for your application. So, the total cost of your application is $948. As you said you didnt want the additional services and we had refunded the full amount of $349. As a part of our service, our attorney reviewed your TM renewal application and provided you with legal advice. Also, we did follow up to get your TM renewal process complete. Simply because you have renewed your application with someone and not with us, our efforts do not get nullified. Our attorney has invested substantial time in reviewing and providing legal advice.Again, we're very sorry to hear that your experience isn't what you had hoped for but we believe that we take every measure to be transparent with our clients and strive to achieve the best results for all involved.Warm Regards,Trademarkia
