We have a membership with We Care so we asked to have them send a tech out to do the annual maintenance on our water heaters. Unfortunately no work was done. Basically we got an expensive bid on what needed to be done in order to service our water heater The water heater was installed by We Care, it has been serviced in the past by We Care, but suddenly it needs well over a thousand dollars in upgrades before it can be serviced. Very disappointing.We Care

We Care is a good team, they did good job, the *************** is good at first, Dunia is patient and helpful, she help us over three years with two projects for two houses. the price is competitive too. Technician gave us good advices. The team work hard to get project done at the same day. They did carefully and explain well to customers. We Care Did a good job. ***, the tech called and let me know that he was on his way prior to his arrival. When he arrived, he was neat, clean and courteous. As my background is commercial refrigeration, we talked about the new furnace and air conditioner I had had purchased two years ago. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC. He did a thorough inspection and testing of both units. Also did a nice job in cleaning off the condenser. Great job and great attitude!We Care

I saw a We Care van on the freeway today and got the number off of the van. I called them as soon as I got home and they had **** come out same day and fix my problem. Its the fastest service Ive ever had for some thing around my house, **** was very courteous and wore his shoe protectors while in my house. He was very knowledgeable and searched out the problem, and I am very happy with the results.We Care
