  Very rude people threatened to sue the customer for trying to speak to a supervisor And then impedes on the customers civil rights telling them they lost there rights to speak with a supervisor. They told there customer they lost their rights what company can do this to people and still get away with it.

  I would give negative stars if possible. Seriously the worst. Order a part, verified through the website for vehicle fit. Company was apparently out of correct part so instead they knowingly sent us a different part that the warehouse 'thinks should fit' without telling us about the swap. Upon arrival is was obvious the part was incorrect and would not fit. Husband calls the company and let's them know what's going on. The guy then tells my husband the notes on our order show they knowingly sent the wrong part because it should work with added adapter pieces and a couple adjustments.. they also want my husband to take photos showing WHY the part won't work despite it being for a different vehicle. At this point I become part of the conversation stating that this is not okay and that we need a return label to return the part for a refund since the company knowingly sent us the wrong thing without our consent. The guy gives me an earful about how it's not their responsibility to correct this issue. Once again I remind them of the fact we were not sent the item we ordered. He then says to watch for an email to send the photos he requested to and ended the call. I followed up on the website to get additional clarification finding a return review application. I fill this out and send another email stating the actions on both parties up to this point. 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything back. Finally on day 15 of no communication I received the return label. The item was sent to return the following day. I made sure to get tracking. 3 days after item was returned to company I still had no refund. Called today to discuss further and see about my refund. **** was very nice at first until I state tracking showed they've received the return, he then starts stating they didnt receive it. After I bring up that I have the conversation recorded, tracking records and I'll be reporting them **** began screaming profanities however less than a minute later, I got my refund

  Order the performance chip for my 10th gen ***** Civic. They sent me the wrong part. They wanted me to pay shipping to return the item and for them to ship me a new item when it was their fault for the wrong part they sent me. I asked for just a refund and they just gave me a partial refund even though it says 100% money back guarantee do not buy from these people

  DISHONEST COMPANY READ BEFORE YOU BUY I purchased the Stage 1 chip for my 2020 Ram **** 5.7 Hemi. I followed the installation instructions perfectly. I drove with the chip, never removing it, for 3 weeks. I saw zero difference in fuel economy or power, driving the same routine every day. I emailed the customer support for a refund; the companys site states there is a 30-day money back guarantee. After several emails, I received direction on how to return it. I packed it in the original plastic wrap and in the original box. This cost me around $13 at *** to mail it back. Then, I got a refund for $79.99, $20 less than what I paid for it. I emailed again and inquired and was sent a link to the terms and conditions and there was a restocking fee. The terms and conditions do not apply because the chip I received was apparently defective, as it did nothing. AVOID purchasing products from this company. How can a restocking fee apply for an item that doesnt work??This company is DISHONEST in its dealings. It sold me a product that simply flashed blue lights and then charged me a $20 restocking fee for an item that did NOTHING THEY CLAIMED IT WOULD DO. Finally, I went to the companys site to leave a review, logged in and was refused. The message said only people who have purchased the product can review it. I DID PURCHASE THE PRODUCT. They just dont want people who are unhappy with the product leaving reviews.

  Bought it for my 2016 Acura MDX. No power gains at all. It actually made my car hesitate before picking up speed. Requested a return before the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They charged me a restocking fee and said I sent it back damaged. I sent it to them in perfect condition, I even bubble wrapped it and sent it priority mail. They are liars and scammers. Don't buy their product. It's expensive and doesn't work.

  DO NOT USE this address. It's wrong and my return is probably gone forever. Any legitimate company shouldn't have their location a secret. Botched my order so I couldn't use it and now it's my loss. Live and learn.

  Total scam. Doesn't do anything they advertise. I installed them in my Nissan Altima and my Ford Explorer. Gas mileage went down in both vehicles. Zero increase in power. Only noticeable difference was how hard it shifted which would probably damage the transmission I left it in. Customer service talks to me like I'm dumb. Would not recommend this product. Wish I would have read all the other terrible reviews before I purchased.

  I am currently several weeks into the process of a credit card dispute due to receiving damaged items that they refuse to replace or refund. However, this might become more serious as they have now breached my privacy by publishing significant amounts of my personal information to public forums in an attempt to try and discredit a poor review that I left. - Ignore personal privacy laws. If you leave a bad review and give order information for them to follow up, they try to discredit you and deliberately put your personal information on display. - No physical address or offices. Seriously check their website, delivery confirmations, invoices, no address anywhere on any of them. - Customer support and after sales care are non existent. Emails/contact takes several days to get a reply and at first they will tell you to return for a refund, but never give an address or RMA information, then when you follow up they will start with the insults. - Drop shipping items from third party unrelated eBay sellers. They use an eBay account "xenonusa" to purchase items from other eBay sellers, then share your personal information with them to have items drop shipped. This is why there is no delivery tracking or return process.

  I can't believe these crooks are still in business A class action lawsuit will put an end to places like this I have bought thousands and thousands of dollars worth of things off the Internet Performance chip tuning is the only company that Ripped me off
