    The main complaint with the company is that they did not pay one of their subcontractors, and now I have a lien on my house after I've already paid the full amount for the project which was $59,000. after trying for months to get this resolved, I've been left with no answer and was even lied to when they said they had paid for the mechanic's lien, but after I checked, I found that to be false, and no action has been taken from them to correct the issue or pay this debt. Secondly, they promised me an electrical panel upgrade by word of mouth, and after months of no installation, I looked through the contract and found out that they did not include the panel upgrade in the contract's wording. After I found this out, I demanded an invoice and written proof of the panel upgrade, which they provided. It was only after this that they scheduled a panel upgrade with the utility and city, only for them not to show up after I had called off of work to be there on the day of with no warning or explanation. It has been going on for 8 months since I started this project, and they still have yet to complete it, and they have horrible leadership and communication. I still hold a mechanics lien on my house for over ***** dollars, which they continue to dismiss and evade. Ive tried endless emails phone calls and even in person visits to get this resolved with no luck.

    I had TWO installations of solar panels by a company (Solcius) which is now bankrupt. My contract (and service warranties) were being handled by My Smart House. My Smart House suggested more panels when *** began charging me more money. I called SOLAREDGE (monitoring company *************. They said that the company with the warranty on the panels is APTOS (phone number ************). I'm being told that the warranties I have do NOT include service any longer because SOLCIUS is out of Business. Here is a transcript of "Good morning , Mr ******** the price for the service is $1000 , I wanna know if you want the service or no . if you don't want it we will communicate to ***** your warranty company for the panels to send the warranty to you . ***** ******* at Smart House ************) says she is handling things now, but still wants $ up front to pay technicians.

    ***** SPOKE WITH MR. ******** YESTERDAY.  SHE ADVISED THIS IS A SOLCIUS ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE BANKRUPT  WE VERIFIED HIS EMAIL AND SENT HIM THE LETTER FROM THE BANK RANKRUPCY COURT AND THE CLAIM FORM TO TRY AND GET SOLCIUS TO PAY FOR THE INSTALL OF HIS PANELS.  WE TOLD HIM EVEN THOUGH SOLCIUS WAS OUT OF BUSINESS HE STILL HAD A WANNTANY FOR HIS PANELS AND HIS INVERTER  UNDER THE MANFACTER.  APTO FOR HIS PANELS.  SOLAR EDGE FOR HIS INVERVETER.  HE SAID TOLD HIM THE DON'T MAKE THOSE PANELS ANYMORE.  APTOS SENT HIM A CHECK FOR $400.  THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME THIS.  I ADVISED HIM THAT WE COULD BUY THE TWO PANELS FOR HIM.  THE PANELS ARE $200 EACH AND HE NEEDS TWO.  I CALLED HIM AND SAID IT WOULD COST $375.  HE SAID OKAY.  HE PAID IT LAST NIGHT.  WHEN I SPOKE WITH HIM HE WAS HIGHLY UPSET.    HE WAS MORE CALM AFTER HIM AND I TALKED.  HE TOLD ME HE APPRECIATED ME AND HE WOULD TALK TO NO ONE  BUT ME. I THANKED HIM FOR ALLOWING ME TO GET HIS ACCOUNT WORKING.  HE DOES NOT HAVE TO HAVE US INSTALL HIS TWO PANELS OR MICRO INVERTERS BUT HE'LL NEED SOMEONE TO INSTALL THEM BECAUSE HIS SOLAR WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY AND HE WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE HIGH UTILITY BILLS.  HE SAID HE KNOWS IT COST ALOT TO HAVE THESE THINGS INSTALL.  MY MANAGE SAID TO DO IT FOR $500.  THE PAID FOR THE TWO PANELS BUT HE WILL NEED TO PAY THE $500 TO AND THEM INSTALLED.  I WILL CALL CUSTOMER BACK ON TUESDAY MARCH 18 BY 5 TO VERIFY IF HE WANTS US TO INSTALL THEM OR IF HE WILL HAVE SOMEONE ELSE INSTALL THEM  HE WILL NEED TO PAY THE $500 FIRST BEFORE WE SCHEDULE TO INSTALL THEM  THE CUSTOMER IT TOTALLY AWARE OF THIS.

    My Smart House had representatives soliciting solar service. I schedule an appointment with them since we were looking into installing solar. My wife and I made an appointment with the them. They had a representative come out and provide us the costs, information and benefits. One of the selling points was My Smart House offered adders to sign up for their service, free nest thermostats, attic quiet cool fan, and $500 if you signed up. We liked the monthly cost and benefits so we signed up. This all took place in December of 2023. It took them 6 months to actually finally install solar panel system. We were then told they have to wait 3 months to give us the adders they promised us so it took 9 months to get nest thermostat installed and attic fan but not $500. They actually had made a deal with us since we have 2 thermostats to provide us the 2 thermostats and provide $400. I have called 4 times to inquire about the $400 that was promised and continue to have dates changed on when it will be mailed to us. First was October 2024, Jan 2025 and now August of 2025. I have asked for managers to have this escalated and My Smart House Representatives continue to tell me they have no control of the mailing of our check. Would love to have this resolved asap.

    This company is so freaking annoying keeps calling and bugging me. While their quote is crazy high almost double the leading companies. After all, they are just a middleman. I already turned them down due to unreasonable quote but they still keep calling me from different agent every few days after 1 year of the quote. Lack of good business management yet hype on overpricing and harassment callings. ??I have told them at least ********************************************************************************************************************** with different number and different agent!!!! This is a harassment!!! If they keep on calling me again I will file lawsuit against them!

    I found out that my Solar System has not been working since May 2024. The Smart House *************** Did not notify me that my solar was not working, I only found out When my electrical company sent me a bill in the mail , Notifying me that I had a bill of $3,000 dollars . I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. I am 90 years old and the ************* did not notify me that my Solar System had not been working for approximately five months. I contacted the *************** The Smart House ************* . they told me that my solar inverter was defective. I ordered the defective part on November ******* . It arrived the following week and its been sitting at my home ready to be installed? Ive had four different appointments with (smart house solar company ) and they never showed up to install the part. I have called at least (15 )times trying to schedule an appointment . They give me an appointment time, then They never called are show up . Are call to say theyre not gonna make it. Ive called and called and they continually give me a Fake appointment time and never called are do they show up. My neighbor ******* ***** is helping me write this Complaint -because I know nothing about computer . so please use his contact number listed **************) is the number that needs to be called to help me through this problem. Hes also been has been helping me communicate with the Smart Solar Representative regarding this problem and situation.     I had solar panels installed in 2018. Promotional options I paid for were never installed. I just received a text message from my smart home that reports of outages in my area suggest that I may loose power. Please call to buy backup equipment. Such a communication is not legal. Its a threat

    We have tried reaching out to Solcius 100 times the ********** this Since December 2023 because they didn't complete the project. All they did was install panels on the roof and walked away and never came back. We tried calling the number given to us, but we just found out the company filed for bankruptcy. We were never notified about the status of the company. The person who sold the solar system to us "My Smart House" will not get back to us no matter how many times I called, text or emailed. I owe 37k to Goodleep and they sent out energy aid and it's been 9 months, and it is still not up and running. We need help and I don't think I should pay 37K at this point Our timeline when we started this transaction.... June 2022, we met with the salesman at our home. May 2023 Solar installation approved with our HOA. Finally installed panels on roof December 2023. Solcius goes bankrupt in February 2024. ******** (lender) hires Energy Aid (2nd ********** Aug 2024. Here we are in November 2024, and we still have no solar.

    This is the responsibility of the installer contractor, ***********. *********** has filed bankruptcy, therefore we suggest that the customer contact the finance company and inform them that the installer went out of business before their system was activated. My Smart House is unable to activate the system as we were not the installation company.

    On 07/19/24, My Smart House through local subsidiary called ******************** used a contractor by the name of ************* to install 17 solar panels on my roof. Under my contract, the solar panels were to cover the average usage costs monthly so that I would not have an electric bill unless my usage was higher than the average. Part of the contract also included 12 months credit via check for my service and a whole home Generac Generator to cover me in the off chance that my home loses power. I have not yet rcvd the ****************************************************************** rcvd. I have also had electric bills from my electricity provider in the amount of $664 and $740. This does not include the finance charge from Mosaic of $140 per month. The number of panels installed based on my conversations with the contractor are not enough to cover my average usage. I apparently would need almost 85 panels to cover my average usage. I have attempted to contact ****** my sales manager and he is avoiding my calls. I am requesting that My Smart House remove all equipment, repair any damage caused by installation and make all parties whole financially. My current situation is not what I agreed to. I can also provide the text message communications between myself and ****** ******** and **** **** discussing all of these matters. Once I started to voice my concerns is when communications responses stopped.

    I purchased solar panels and was given a warranty for damage from golf *****. On September 23, 2022 I called to let them know that 12 of my 14 panels were cracked from golf *****. My panels are not generating at 100% due to the fact they are cracked. Its been 2 years and no solution. Ive paid over 1000 dlrs the past 2 years on electricity besides paying for the panels. Cant get an answer the past 2 years.
