      On a day on April, I purchased three piece furniture. It was 2 long sofas with one chair. I was told by him that I would receive it on March first. That was wrong. It took many weeks and they finally brought in the furniture, but they still had not delivered the chair that was supposed to come with it. I said its fine things happen, but I was noticing. Its really taking a really long time. He kept telling me that he doesnt know the exact delivery date. For a very long time. Now I know that he is just fooling me around and scamming me. I would really like for that chair to come because I really need it.

      Hello and thank you for your complaint, we have delivered all items in timely manner, the only item that client has not received is a chair, the client purchased a sofa love and chair. Not 2 long sofas. The single chair became a back order to which i complementary upgraded to another love seat at no cost with delivery and setup no sales tax. Client is aware orders take longer during these times in this line of work since covid everything has become a mess. For the complementary upgrade no charge client is aware of the delay as to which is no cost. Client repeatedly  calls everyday demanding go to court yelling coming in show room with other clients present making a scene.

      I am rejecting this response because: He is a liar. He never delivered the furniture on time it stated. I always call him to check up on my furniture, its whether he is not available , or he says I am going to deliver it next week. You guys can go and check his customer review on ****** maps, many people are complaining about a chair. Seems to me he is scamming everyone. I also didnt yell at him or made a scene. He never answered my calls, so I went to talk to him in person. I NEED my chair, because I paid for that. That chair needs to be delivered.

      On Jan 10th of 2024 we went to this store and selected an ****** ******************** from his catalogue, and he said he will order it for us and will be delivered in two weeks. *** said he ordered the ******************** from ****** store, so we have to pay $3150.00 cash paid in full. *** gave me a receipt stating paid in full and ******************** will be delivered in two weeks. After two weeks my husband called him and asked about the ********************, he said I told you three weeks not two weeks so we waited another week and called him on week three and he said your ******************** will be delivered in weakened. We did not get the ******************** and went back to store on week four and asked him when we will exactly get the ********************, he said there is no exact date you will get it any day. My husband asked for refund *** said look at the reccipt it says all sales are final. It is true that his sales are final, but we did not get anything what will happen to our money he said I do not refund money and you can go to court I paid money to ******, I will get it any day. I came home and did research about his business and found out that he is doing the same thing with other customers for the past three days. Now I am scared that I will lose my money and there will not be any delivery. He has too many complaints regarding the same issue lying to customers being rude to refund money back and still he is on business. I do not know how many more people will be scammed by him because he is supper nice and professional on the first visit to take the customer's money and then change once he gets the money. I was told two weeks and tomorrow will be one month and I did not receive anything. Please help me to get my money back from this scam ******************** store. He told us today that he will not refund our money and he did not assure us that we will get the ********************. He does not have any order he just lie to customers.

      hello this information is false client order merchandise then try to cancel once merchandise has arrived and policy states we do not change orders once received and then client tries to file a complaint because they go somewhere else to purchase when they are in contract of policy. Client is aware of policy and merchandise received then make an excuse to get out of it to complain due to going other stores and trying to purchase when we order pay trucking company and lift heavy merchandise to receive.

      Hello, I have spoken to client and advised client my policy as it states on my receipt. They told me they would come in store on the 20th which I have not heard from them, and I advised a complimentary upgrade due to one piece missing. Instead of accepting or understanding they have filed a complaint. I offered an upgrade which is something I do not do regularly offer and I always work with clients. As stated on my receipt I do not offer returns exchanges and all sales final.

      I am rejecting this response because: *** is providing the wrong information. He called us on Friday 02/16/2024 after he received our demand letter by mail and told us that he received the loveseat and the chair in his warehouse but the sofa is missing. He asked us if he can order something similar for us instead of our original order and we told him no we only want what we paid you for or refund our money by due date of demand letter 02/20/2024. He said, ok I will call you back on 02/20/2024and till now he didnt call us back. I have record of his phone conversation that he told us what he received in his unknown warehouse. By law if you cant deliver the merchandise to customer you have to refund the money back. Since he is a professional scammer and scammed more than 100 customers he claims that customers are wrong and he is right. I pray to God for justice because *** is acting above the law and violating consumers right.

      I have explained to client stating false information, I have tried multiple attempts to resolve the matter however the client took it upon themselves to state false information and write bad reviews. I am still attempting to resolve with client however client does not want to work amicably and continue to make false narratives. I have offered timely delivery and upgrade in attempt to resolve amicably also however failed attempt by client. client is making false accusations and false narratives to discredit my business.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business didnt contact us for any update since the last call of 02/16/2024. If he has the furniture ****** party time brown sofa loveseat and chair for us please set up the delivery time with us. As business owner it is your job to deliver the merchandise we are waiting for your delivery or our refund. Last time that we came to your business, you told us get out of my business and go to court. If you have the furniture please call us and set up delivery time. If you dont have furniture and you want us to take something cheap from your store we dont want that. Please kindly deliver us the furniture or refund our money. I know you love money and dont want to refund please for God sake stop scamming people and deliver our furniture. All we want from you is to deliver us what we paid you for.

      I bought Mattress , Couch and some more stuff total amount was given in cash was $10600to him on 05/12/2022 and I was promised by *** the owner that everything will be delivered with 4-5 weeks but I still have not received anything from him until today, now he is not willing to return the my cash plus not willing to the stuff bought from him, after buying everything I saw his ****** reviews found out there are a lot of other his customers with same issues he has more than 50 bad reviews with same issue and I am surprised that why the government has not shut him down yet. he is full of lies, dishonest, untruthful. I hope I can get help here to either get my money back or my stuff I bought from this store.

      This is a legal team speaking for a client. I have received numerous phone calls from this firm of the family threatening to damage my building and continue to harass through phone calls. They have came into my store numerous times to spread false accusations while I have clients in my store. The women through her phone at me physically and bad mouthed while children are in my store. I have been patient with this family since the beginning and documented papers for proof of aggressive behavior which I also text to the client. They did not fulfill their payment they paid half deposit then another half another over 3 months later and stating they did not have the funds that is why it took so long I advised when their payment is complete the order will be pulled as this is a layaway transaction.they are stating  over ****** invoice is for ***** this is false information. They also had the legal friend of the family come into the store and record me without my consent and another of his friend came with him a second time and said comments which are unsettling along the lines I am going to be sorry. I have been in business over 20 years and never have I seen this behavior. They have threatened me personally and my business and refuse to handle this matter accordingly and now are seeking comments to belittle me.

      I have purchased a set of Sectional sofa, coffee table and side tables from ***'s Design Galary on March 12th 2022 and according to receipt I was supposed to receive my order between 7 to 10 days but after calling them many times and asking for refund and then my order was delivered on April 9th 2022 but my coffee table and side tables were not the color I have paid for. On April 15th 2022 the store send a van to pick up the coffee table and side tables and return it back and had me to choose a different model and color and I was said that I will receive them within two weeks since than it has been over 4 months I have not received my coffee table and side tables and when ever I got to the store the person name *** tells me it will arrive any day and today on August 18th of 2022 when I went to the store again and asked *** if he has any update about my order he told me that it could be here any day I told him I need exact delivery date or refund he told me to get out of my store and you can go to court.

      The client stating false information, received his order complete within the time frame, once the client received his order over a week goes by he calls and asks if we can change the coffee table set because it was too large for his living room. It is the consumer responsibility to measure before they purchase. We are not responsible for any measurements. I then was kind enough to acknowledge and do so. The client came over month later to choose another set after we scheduled a pick up the client is a truck driver and never home. He then came into the business multiple times making threats about my family business and causing issues. We then came to agreement for another set recently I advised after the much time he has not came to resolve in store I applied store credit for the new set to order and takes 2-3 weeks. He then continued to come into store every other day and cause issues and call non stop. I advised you must be patient with the new time period for the new set on the phone then today came into store demanding multiple compensations which I explained we just spoke recently and he had no regard for anything I wanted to say even though we just spoke days prior.

      The business owner is lying being dishonest he never answer my phone calls when he sent me wrong  color coffee table and side tables on Saturday April 9th 2022 I texted him on  Monday April 11th 2022 and asked him what color should be Model numbers ***** and ***** after determining that I have received wrong color items *** sent his delivery driver on Friday April 15th 2022 to pick up the coffee table and side tables and told me to choose other coffee tables and I was said I will receive them within two weeks which never happened but when I went to his shop on August 8th 2022 he said he will deliver it to me by tomorrow August 9th 2022 but when I haven't received it again I texted him on August 16th ****************************************************************** the store the other day and we spoke about it so I had to go to his store on August 18th ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** to get out of my store and go to court he has a cctv camera in his store and he should have it all there. About my job when he was writing my Name and home address I gave him my driver's license and since on my driver's license it says Commercial driving license this how he may know that I'm a truck driver but even though if I'm a truck driver why should this matter on delivery of my order because I don't drive my apartment and my family with me and since he used my driver's license to write my name and address I hope he has not wrote my other information from my driver's license for miss using it for any other purposes.

      On 02/16/2022 we walked into the store of ***********************. We searched his catalog and found something we liked. He said he can order it and it will be delivered to our home within a week. We paid $841.49. He used paypal for transaction, which we thought was weird. Never the less it worked and we received a receipt. It's been 2 months and nothing was delivered. Between these 2 months we called and asked him where our item was. He collectively always told us it will come in a few days. Never gave us tracking or the company he was working with. We decided to get a refund and try to work with him. He said he could get us our refund by automatic deposit. He started the process on 04/19/2022 stating it will take 3-5 days. Never showed up in our account after 2 weeks. He finally said he will cut us a check. Then he stopped picking up our calls. Last contact he said we cannot get our money back and for us to contact our bank and PayPal. We haven't finished with the dispute yet. We would like to warn others of his possible scamming. This is unprofessional business conduct.
