I'm unable to remove my account and the customer service person says they can't remove it. The removal of your account should be part of their manage your account options. In addition you cannot edit your cart when you go through the wine selection process for the first time. The main reason I choose to remove my account in the first place is that they don't offer organic wines. I don't want my personal information to remain in their data base.

First leaf customer service is a joke. I requested a call back from supervisor. Got an email starting they tried to reach me, when I didn't receive a call. No voicemail or missed calls. I been trying to get a refund since placing an order in error. There is no way to cancel your order online you have to speak to someone. Once error was made I immediately tried to cancel order to no avail. Is setup to where if you want to cancel your order you have to speak with someone and you are unable to do so without paying s restock fee which is ridiculous. I'm still waiting for a response from the email about a supervisor call. I honestly wouldn't waste my time with this site.Firstleaf Wine Club

While we do have a checkout page were the order can be reviewed before processing, after the order is processed it cannot be canceled online. I have had multiple issues with this company, they take forever to get good customer service (even with a supervisor). You call them out on what they do wrong and everything is you're fault. They take forever to process a refund. I will not be subscribing to this company anymore once I know for sure my refund is processed. Their directions are all over the place, once you do follow their direction, you're wrong again. For a *********** base, I am very disappointed.Firstleaf Wine Club

Hi ****, we apologize for the frustration with your delivery! We are required by law to make sure someone 21 years or older signed for the package at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, ***** only gives us a delivery window of 9am to 8pm. As previously stated in emails from customer service, we are not able to request a specific time for delivery but you do have the option to set up an account with ***** delivery manager to request a morning delivery. We can confirm you spoke with a supervisor and have requested the order be returned instead. Once the package is on it's way back we can refund you in full. This is an excellent wine club! The prices are reasonable, the selection is extensive and unique and the service is top-notch. Members have FREE(!) access to a wine concierge, can adjust wine preferences easily, can adjust order frequency and content and can swap out multiple wine selections that have been chosen for them based on member preferences. Shipping is free at a reasonable quantity and the bottles come extremely well packed. Cards come along with the wine bottles, giving tasting notes, provenance and food pairings. You can also access this same information on each wine online, or on the easy to use app. There's also a ******** users page that can get quite lively. I've been a member for a few years and have desire to switch to another club.Firstleaf Wine Club

This club is excellent! A friend referred this club to me quite some time ago and I have been quite impressed.Their wines are outstanding. Their service is impeccable. I've been a member of Firstleaf for about 5 years now. They have a great selection of wines, and the service is excellent. I've worked with the concierge service on a number of occasions to select wines for parties and they take the time to help me select wines that will go well with my menu. I also like that my satisfaction is guaranteed - if I don't like a wine, they credit my account. The customer service team is quick to make things right.Firstleaf Wine Club

I have been a Firstleaf Wine Club member for several years now and love it! I am able to work with their concierge service to customize my wine selections each month, or just go with the wines that are selected for me. They are very responsive and easy to work with, and make sure that their customers are totally satisfied. Love having wine delivered to my door! Great company and customer service.
