I should've gone with my gut when I read the bad reviews. I booked a couples massage because it was the only place with booking available in the area for that day (clue #2).On the day of our massage a massive storm hit. We were unable to leave our home due to flooding. I called to let them know our situation and ask about rescheduling. They said they could not access the system, simply took my info and offered to call back. I called again and received the same "we will get back to you" response. I decided to reply to the email in the confirmation to try and get to someone before our appointment time and hopefully before making any therapist have to travel in the storm.I never received a call back but I did receive a response from the owner, during our appointment window and AFTER our card on file was charged the full massage amount. In this email she simply stated we could reschedule for an additional $75 ON TOP of the money already charged for our appointment.Her solution was to charge us for a massage we did not have and then charge us for a second massage with an additional $75 fee. There is no rescheduling info on her site.I attempted to get clarification and was met with silence and then contempt. So, while I cannot review the services I can say with certainty that the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.
