1 starI had a Monday morning appointment (7:00am) for an oil change and check for anything else that *** be due/needed. I made the appointment a week in advance. I noted Monday afternoon. This should have been sufficient for an oil change and to diagnose or determine any other issues.Monday morning goes by and I heard nothing. I called at 12:30 and got the service advisers voicemail. The phone system there is crazy, but I cant even get into that now. No call back until 2:00, which unfortunately I missed. He told me to call back if I got a chance. What? Anyway, I called three times between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Finally at 4:00 I was able to get a person to answer the phone and was put on a long hold for *********************. At this point he tells me they ran into two issues. One, back brakes. Two, transmission needs to be flushed. We discuss it, pricing and I decide to do the transmission and take it back in a few weeks for the brakes. I could have done both, but I needed my car back. At that point he tells me he needs it overnight.Im stuck, what can I do?Forward to Tuesday morning. It is almost 10:00 am and i have left three messages, my boyfriend called for me, still no update. I'm furious.********************* has been my service advisor for three cars for ten years. He left me out to dry by not calling me back, by not servicing my car at the 7:00 am appointment time. I guarantee he didnt start on it until my noon call asking for an update. The last 2 years he has taken advantage of my easy going nature and he has disrespected me as a customer. Its gotten progressively worse and this time was the straw that broke the camels back.I will not go back. if ********************* is your service advisor, prepare to be left in the dark and disprespected as a customer.Review fromMazen I

1 starI went there looking for a truck, after negotiating a payment price I left and told them to call me back if they decided to take my offer, next day a got a call telling me they approved my offer and to come sign and pick up the truck, I took an Uber and went there, one of the managers told me he won't accept the deal, that it was a misunderstanding, I showed them the text message with the deal on writing, the manager was very rude and had a bad attitude, but end up saying he will give me the deal, they send me to finance office to sign dmv stuff and contract, once there I sign all the dmv, once I got to the payment plan I saw that the monthly price was NOT what we agree on, I told the finance person he called the manager, he came to me with an attitude and said if you don't like it BYE BYE! I told him you have no word, you are not a man! ... even the sale people heard him say at his office of the price he agree on, they were even congratulating me and all!This man was trying to scam me, I got up and left! I told him I don't ever wanna do business with them, if the first intention was not to sell me the car, why bother me and call me they did accept my offer? Made me lose work hours? Spend on my Uber back and forward? Disrespect me in that kind of way? Don't waste your time here, they will offer u a deal and then change it at the time to sign... 1 starPurchased a 2022 Silverado High Country 6.3L. Computer problem at 4k, blown motor at 14k, 15k the trans started to shutter. Every time I go there, they treat you like nobody. They will take your money for the car but after that forget about getting treated like a human. Oh and good luck with ***** corporate! My truck was dropped off at the dealer a weak and a half ago and I have received zero communication on my truck! I cant blame you if you like ***** but dont get one here!!!Review fromKaren G

1 starThis company doesn't even deserve 1 star. When we bought our 2019 truck, they wore ** out, made us come back over and over again, kept saying I couldn't get approved and then when I did it wasn't even with GM financial but some party that I didn't know until I signed the contract an got a letter saying they were the finance company. They went so fast they didn't let you really read anything. Make sure you stop and read their contracts because they are so unprofessional. the truck was a lemon, and I filed a claim and Cummings agreed to do the straight repurchase and now 2 weeks later they are not complying or returning anyone's phone calls. It has gone up to the *** ***** and he still is refusing to do it. What should have been a quick in and out is now taking weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!Review fromSpencer O

1 starBuyer Beware - False Advertising, bait and switch tactics, and terrible customer service.tl;dr: Purchased flight to buy car for listed price, dealer added 6k in fees after I bought the ticket.I found a used car I was interested in, and offered to fly in from out of town to purchase the vehicle. Once I purchased the plane ticket, I was informed that the vehicle comes with **** dollars of "Dealer Add-ons" that "can't be removed".I was told by the salesperson that there's a disclaimer about this on the website, which I couldn't find. I spoke to the Manager and asked to see the disclaimer stating that there are factory installed options that will increase the advertised cost. She agreed the disclaimer existed, but also couldn't find it on the site.On top of that, they tried to push a **** dollar 2 year "warranty", and even after declining, they insisted it was necessary.After all this, I still offered to purchase the vehicle for the price advertised, and they refused. 1 starIf theres a negative -star Id click on that one instead of having to give them 1. We dropped by to see if we can get a car, we were greeted by ****, I have started to build up my credit so I thought it was time to try it. She informed me that a high chance for getting a 2022 trax but they didnt have any at the time, she called me after a week and said there was one (1), we were heading to the dealer but she said she was gone for the day so she said ***** who was in her team was going to help us on the signing of the paperwork. By the time we got there the car was sold.My social security number was put in so many times that it went down -48 points even after we were told that we didnt qualify for a new car. NOW its harder for us to do even get credit anywhere because of dealer running my credit inquiries so many times.NOW salesman ***** called us to inform us that we can get a car but with a $7k deposit, when at first we wouldnt have to give no money down..TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION TERRIBLE RESPONSE TO CALLS Never again shall we make the same mistake by going to this establishment!!!What can be done? My credit score went down to 600 because of this dealership trying to make a sale and NOT taking care of their customers.Review fromSherry H

1 starI will not do any business with Cumming Chevrolet. I went on Sunday 6/26/22 to look at a Spark that I thought was new. When test driving it, I saw it had 10K miles on it. The sales person was very helpful & said he thought it might be a trade in. When asking the General Sales ******** ***** about this, he said couldnt give me the name or number of the person trading it in. I asked for a certified copy of the used vehicle only to find out they purchased it via Car **** Today 6/28/22 at about 11:45 my sales guy said I could come & purchase a new 2022 Spark. When I got there, ***** told me they are waiting on a part for the steering column & that it would be about 4:30? We couldnt find the car for me to look at because it was already up on a rack for whatever they had to replace & the mechanic said it would be about 1/2-1:00 wait. Again, conflict of information given to me. ****** wanted full asking price even though its a brand new car & already needed repair. I will not go back there as I dont think they are trustworthy.Review fromLawrence S.

1 starI had recently bought a vehicle from Cummings Chevrolet in *************, **. and several times I've called customer service or the serv/ce counter and I was put on hold and no one answered. So now here I am calling again two days ago and of course I left a message this time with a young lady by the name of ******** and she said that she would leave the message with the service counter and someone would call me back. I don't have to tell you that it never happened and this is just a sample of what to expect when you go and spend your money with Cumming Chevrolet.
