    I purchased a car from Perry **** on july 12 2024 . As I already had an open car loan i told them i needed a good reliable car to get to work 50 miles round trip every day And with me making 2 car payments i would not have money to dump into a car that was constantly breaking down. I purchased a 2019 ****** altima it said the car was inspected before sale. I put 2000 as a down payment.Within a week the brakes were making a grinding noise I called the salesman who sold me the car and he said it was inspected and the law says as long as there is 70% or better the dealership is not obligated to replace them. When I took my car in to get the brakes done The shop informed me there was 6% of brake pads left on the front and 11%of the brake pads on the back. Also the front rotors were so bad they had to be replaced because they could not resurface them . I was able to resurface the back ones but altogether it was $580.00. I had to use my car payment money on the brakes .When i called the dealership to let the salesman know how bad the b ***** were and told him you guys lied about inspecting the car the brake pads were not 70% and he told me he would talk to his boss to sxee what they could do and call me back...he never called back. This company is sheisty and underhanded and they sell cars knowing there things wrong with them but lie about it being inspected . i want reimbursed for the brakes or to give the car back and get my downpayment and the cost of the brakes.

    i bought a car in march of 2020 the car was a loaner that was over driven and a mess i had the car for 4 years and 2 of them the car has been sitting in my front yard , in feb my car was at ********* for well over a month and they did nothing, every car dealer ship i have taken my car too has said that **** mad this engine in mass production and it has so many issues ,recalls and everything, i feel like i was blatantly lied on , now I'm stuck with a non-working vehicle and the engine is gone so is the transmission the car isn't even work a rebuilt engine and no one will fix it cause they said its going to keep breaking down

    I ordered a **** Maverick Hybrid XL last July and placed a $500 deposit. The dealer then sent in my custom order to ****, and it's finally being delivered to ********* next week. The dealer (Perry Ford National City) asked me to come in and sign the contract early since they are getting lots of calls on the vehicle that's posted on their website for about $600 under MSRP with no mention of add-ons. The exact VIN number of my ordered vehicle is the one posted for that price. We show up and were surprised by the added fees of $1000 markup and $3000 in add-ons (not even installed yet), but they would not budge. They encouraged us to cancel the reservation if we didn't want to pay. They obviously wanted to sell that car to someone else who would pay the markup. This is a violation of CVC *******. I notified them of this violation, and they removed the price off the website the next day. I do have screenshots of the website with the prior price.

    My daughter brought her car in to Perry ******************* in National City to get fixed they told her it would be ready the next day but then they told her that her car had a water pump burst so they had to fix that when her car was brought in it didnt have that problem her car wasnt over heating at all and they also said the engine light was on but it wasnt when she brought the car in my daughter owns a **** Bronco 2022 its been over a week shes missed work due to no transportation she asked if she could get a rental they told her to rent it and they would reimburse her $40 dollars from the rental because they have no rentals there it has caused my daughter emotional stress and pain and suffering up to now she didnt have to pay anything out of pocket because its covered by her warranty they told her it would be done today Monday the 15th 2024 at 12 noon but they are giving her the run around the repair ************************* told her he would return her call in 30 minutes its been 2 hrs and nothing

    This dealership is offering shady tactics and has blatantly lied about prices I have proof that they lied, denied offers that I had proof of and and made several price alterations within one week. I put a deposit on a vehicle to secure the amount and price and then they are charging extra

    I purchased the vehicle 10/13/2018. The vehicle needed service and brakes were getting low. When I attempted to have this done I was told my warranty expired. i found on the sales agreement that the warranty date was not right as I paid ******* upon purchase of vehicle ****. I found on the form though that they started the warranty before i purchased the vehicle. There date 05/29/2017 ending 05/29/****. I purchased it 10/13/2018 and it should last until 10/13/2026.

    I have a 2019 **** Escape , bought brand new in 2019. It currently has under ****** miles. **** year , it was at ************* for engine issues from November to December.My car has currently been at **** Perry National City for a month.I was told there arent any loaners and that **** Perry doesnt provide loaners. After leaving my classroom during lunch to go talk to **** in person , it turns out they do suddenly have loaners. I fear for my safety in the loaner provided. I have text threads to the service department stating that the rear view mirror falls off while driving , the cracked windshield is a hindrance and the car leaks oil. I have been waiting for their newer loaner that has yet to arrive . This has been over two weeks. I have also received atrocious customer service from **** ********************************************* City.Furthermore, a month and a few days is way too long to be without my car. I am making car payments for a car I dont even have possession of.
