If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase in the condition it was received and we will refund your money promptly! All you need to do to get your money back is return the product to us in its original condition, with all the paperwork and an RA number within 30 days of when you receive it. Shipping cost is not refundable. Many Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Personal hygiene items and are not returnable. Custom Orders Are Not Refundable! You must call before returning any product for a Return Authorization number, as any order returned without this will may be refused. Items shipped for free cost us to ship them, this cost will come out of your refund.
