    Placed an order for a remarked *** book in September of 2020. I have emailed them many times, and last received a response last December stating that there was a delay due to Covid, but it should be shipped in the next couple months. Haven't been able to make contact since. It's not been over 2 years from the original purchase date without sight of the item. At this point I would just take a refund, but since I have no way of contacting this business and I'm well outside the point where my CC company will issue a refund on their behalf, it looks like I have to eat a hundred and fifty dollar loss. This was a respectable business at one point, but I can't urge others enough to steer clear of them until they get their act together.

    I pre-ordered an item for sale from the company's website on 30JAN2022, the item was released to the public on 02MAR2022. I sent email inquires about either getting the item shipped or otherwise refunding my purchase on 16MAY2022, 26MAY2022, 06JUN2022, 24,JUN2022, 13JUL2022, 19JUL2022, and yesterday, 27JUL2022j in which I stated that unless I receive a response, I would file a complaint with BBB. The item with shipping totaled ******* and the order number I was given is ORDER #XXXXX.

    No response and no orders. Been months waiting patiently with dozens of emails and messages but absolute crickets. I want the books I ordered but if not available immediately I need a refund.
