On June 7, 2018 The California Attorney General filed a Complaint for Civil Penalties, Injunctive Relief and Other Equitable Relief against Graceleigh Inc. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of Business and Professions Code and Health and Safety Code prohibiting false or misleading statements, unlawful business practices, and knowingly and intentionally exposing individuals to lead without first giving clear and reasonable warning to such individuals.
