      A few months ago I was experiencing a problem with my pc and Advanced System Repair Inc (Paddle) offered a trial which did not resolve the issue. I cancelled the the subscription and deleted all related related files and sent a cancellation via email. I recently received notification that $119 would be charged to my credit card and sent two emails stating it had been cancelled. I am still getting messages stating continued attempts are being made to my credit cars but are being denied by the credit card.

      My computer said I had an internal error so I tried to us Advanced System Repair to fix it. It did not work. I tried many times to get it to work including starting over. I entered payment information twice and it still would not work. I want my money refunded

      On March 10, 2022, I received an email saying that my renewal was up for Advanced System Repair in the amount of $69.99. I naturally assumed it was time to be renewed, so I paid it. On April 13, 2022, I received another email from Advanced System Repair stating it was time for a renewal. I responded that I had already paid for a renewal. After several emails back and forth between April 14 and April 16, 2022, I was told that I had the wrong order number and the wrong license key. I was also told in the emails to contact support via the following link: https://advancedsystemrepair.com/Support.php. I did just that and tried to resolve the issue via an online chat. No one responded to my inquiry. I am seeking a refund of $69.99.

      I bought Advanced System Repair Pro because it promised to clean up my system and make it run faster. It did not! Instead it slowed it down & messed up a lot of things! So I removed it. Yesterday 3/7/22 I got a message saying it was due to renew today 3/9/22 so I immediately went to my paypal account and found that they had already charged me *****! So I immediately tried to contact the ************************* to cancel. They tell me to contact ASRP by a link. My computer won't let me access. So I try to find any customer service number but everything I try takes me to the same link! All I want is my account credited back. I removed the product. I do not want the product and I do not recommend this product to anyone!
