    The error in billing me for technical support services I no longer had had, to be addressed several times. Each time the charge increased against my bank account. Currently, I have been addressing this issue for a month. All I get is..."I see that the charge was wrongly charged to my account and I will contact the billing **** to investigate this issue." I have been asking for the status for the refund. A simple credit to my account does not take a month.

    The company fraudlently has been taking money from me even when I tell them they are making incorrect withdrawals. They kept on doing it. Written many, many times and got lots of reassuring sounds back from their "support" team but nothing ever happened. BE VERY AWARE WHAT DEDUCTIONS THEY TAKE FROM YOU. I have since had to block them by destroying my bank cards and getting them reissued. I certainly will never use them again. This is a true review of ASR - not a pretty, fabricated one that might show them to be wonderful - they aren't! There are many reports of similar treatment to others. If only I knew then what I know now. See link ******************************************************************************************************************************************* and also ******************************************************************************. They (or should I say ************************************* CEO; Customer *********************************** CEO) have been taken to court and fine millions. The scam has been going for years with apparantly ***** able to bring him to account. I have been in touch with my bank and also your federal **************** (ReportFraud.ftc.gov) but still ASR is getting away with it. Spread the word to everyone you know.

    One of the worst companies I have ever used. Got the 6 month plan and was under the impression I would be charged once for the 6 months for 40 to 60 bucks or something like that, however they charged me 9 times this year alone, they have STOLEN over $300.00 from me, I finally just had to cancel my card and get a new one. My fault for letting it go on for so long, but this company is a complete SCAM - ****DO NOT BUY**** Would vote 0 stars if I could. They'll tell you you're getting a refund and a break down of the charges, however no emails are ever sent. And of course their phone system is always down.

    The product is sketchy in that it is finicky during installation, ***** up too much cpu and dma resources and can corrupt other applications already installed on your computer. I'm constantly having to reboot to unlock a freeze up caused by ASR Premium.But, however bad the application is, the company is worse. Their product promotions are misleading, and they appear to have a bait and switch con game going on. They charged me $65.40 for a download of ASR then three months later sent me an e-mail telling me they had upgraded me to a monthly subscription at close to $20 a month. The supposedly free 24/7 help feature that came with ASR Premium has cost me between $13 and $20 a month. When I have tried to cancel all of the subscriptions ASR had listed for me, even though the web site in the members' area indicated they are inactive, the next month I was charged again for them.These are not all of the problems I've had with the product and company, but hopefully it's enough to dissuade anyone else from supporting this unethical enterprise by buying their products. I would not have given this product a single "star" rating but this web site wont allow that.

    I agree that this is a scam business. Once they have your credit card, they continue to charge for various services and then delay and delay with any refund. It is not possible for the consumer to remove the credit card number from their system and the only way to prevent the charges is to actually get a new credit card. Do NOT install this program

    Total scam of a business and product. I canceled after they kept trying to charge me for support. Had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

    Ho poco da dire, ho il programma da poco tempo, vedremo !!!.Sono dispiaciuto di qual*** recensione di qualcuno, dicendo *** un programma Truffa, non fa tutto quello *** dice. Mi dispiacerebbe assai se riscontrassi dei problemi, comunque mi riserbo di decidere se qual*** giorno prima della ******** dei tre mesi, di Proseguire o NO !!! Saluti a voi tutti.

    They are scammers. I had a 30 day trial but they charged my **** THREE times. When I chatted with them to return my money because I did not want the product (i uninstalled it), they stopped communicating. I sent them about 10 emails, even with threats to go to ****, which I eventually did. Oh, and the product doesn't work that well. It showed 3.5GB of junk folders, so I cleaned the drive, reran and it found the same 3.5GB of junk. My OTHER cleaner from IOBIT found NOTHING.Still waiting for my refund. They should not have processed it until my trial was over. They are crooks.
