Very dishonest company, Sell you hope and then crush you, ***** was a good sales man, pay this much for 4 years and your two credit card debt will be gone. said they will start negotiating in 3 to 4 months, well 12 months then did nothing until the credit card company sold the debt and I got summoned to court. they did't even attempt to negotiate before this. They settled one for more money then I started at, and then charged me $4000 in fees so I owed $900 more the the amount I was summoned for. The second one the wanted an extra $1000 Dollars a month on top of the original amount they said would cover everything. so they told me to deal with the second one my self.Very disappointing experience.they take your bad situation and make it worse.

**** was extremely helpful both times we reached out to him. We were extremely wary going into a program like this because of the negative impact on our credit but it has allowed us to have some freedom that we didnt have before. **** is always so thorough when explaining things to help us understand. Extremely poor service. I was asking for a consolidation and ****** was so rude. When I decided to cancel and go with another company he sent me a text saying Well thanks for setting a fake appointment with me. Best of luck finding a loan with your *** ******* to get customers!SilverLake Financial

This company is misleading at best, preditory at worst. Prior to engaging with them I had a credit score of over 700, but was struggling to make payments. The mailer that I received was for a loan to help consolidate debt, but when I called they only offered a debt consolidation program. The sales manager was very pushy (I know most are), but based on what he told me it sounded like a good opportunity to help get my debt paid down faster. He gave me a quote and explained the amount of fees, I was fine with that. However, in the fine print, it does say ****** days - but then later says you have to pay in 20% of debt before they can start negotiations. They tell you that legal is covered, but it's actually only to a certain point. You will later have to pay an additional $500+ for actual lawyers to engage with a law suit should it come up. The debt resolution company will give you a refund of what you've paid in, but now my credit score is ruined. I really have no choice but to move forward with the program. The case manager at the debt resolution company was really helpful and gave me options - I'm just going to have to stick it out. Don't trust anyone to tell you the truth and read the fine print - I would give zero stars if I could. Good luck out there.SilverLake Financial

I recently stated the process with Silverlake Financial, currently working with *******************. This is my first experience with this type of process and I had some concerns going into it. As I spoke with ****, I had many questions, which he answered without hesitation. ****'s knowledge, expertise , and patience in explaining the process to me made me feel comfortable moving forward.
