      I am filing a complaint against Fight Camp due to an unresolved issue with an incomplete order and poor customer service. I purchased a product from this company, totaling $606, but only received the bag without the essential base and ring, making the item unusable. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and rectify the situation, I have not received the missing items or any assistance. Additionally, I was asked to pay an exorbitant $350 for shipping, to return the incomplete order, even though I was already shortchanged by not receiving the complete product. To make matters worse, when I tried to access my order information on the company's website to print a return label, the system falsely claimed my order did not exist, despite having a receipt for the purchase. This company's actions are fraudulent, and I seek a resolution through the BBB.

      I purchased a fight camp bundle deal for $1910.00 on 5/25/24, which included a one-year subscription.Just two months after I purchased this equipment, they decided to upgrade it for an additional cost of $249.00. I was upset that I wasn't told about this upgrade, so I could have waited to buy my bundle and not purchased outdated equipment.I decided to cancel my membership auto-RENEWAL, not my remaining membership, which I have 10 months left and which I have already paid for.I contacted support to cancel my membership auto-renewal, and after numerous tries, they told me they canceled my membership and that it would not have been possible to cancel my renewal without canceling my membership as well. If I had known this beforehand, I would have waited until my membership expired; they never gave me a choice; they just canceled my membership. So, the way I see it, they owe me a refund of 10 months of unused membership $35.10 x 10 = $351.00 plus 8% sales tax $28.08 for a total of $379.08

      I have tried everything to login and cancel my membership. I can't get through on the phone or via e-mail. I was able to dispute the charge via my bank but now it has started popping back up on my monthly statements again. I don't care about a billing adjustment I literally just want to cancel the account and be done but it seems to be impossible.

      In November of 2023, I cancelled my Fight Camp subscription. However, the company continued to charge my credit card every month. You cannot get in touch with them by phone. When I went online and used my email address, it would not accept my password. I asked to reset and the prompt claimed that an email would be sent to reset the password, but an email was never received. I sent an email to them but only received a strange email calling me "Champ" and asking how they could get me to stay. I just want to quit being billed for something that we do not use!

      Thank you for reaching out. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We can see how this mistake was made. Looks like you requested to cancel back In April 2021,  and you took the two months free that was offered instead  but wanted your account cancelled immediately afterwards. You were then provided the date your bill would renew so you can reach out to us to cancel after your two free months is over. Since you did originally send a request to cancel in April 2021, we have refunded all amounts to present day.  You should receive your refund within 5-10 business days.       I place an order for fight camp trackers, bag, rope, heart rate monitors totally almost $700 back on 11/22. I never created an account, used the equipment or started the tracker. I realized that I have spent over $500 on a monthly plan I did not sign up for. I never received monthly paid invoices or anything related to the service and its benefits. I have not used any heart monitors or anything related. From looking at the past complaints, this seems to be a common issue. I am requesting at least 6 months credited back.

      Thank you for contacting us. A monthly subscription is required with any purchase that includes trackers. This is stated throughout our website on the packages, help center,  twice at the checkout screen, and on your purchase receipt.  We believe in being transparent so there are no surprises. You are billed normally every month just like any other subscription base until you cancel.  We can understand being excited during the purchasing  process and overlooking the details about the subscription.  For this, we will meet you in the middle, and provide  3 months worth of a refund.  Please allow a few business days for funds to return back to your account.

      Originally purchased the Boxing Punch Bag and Gloves from them, I was not aware that I opted into some sort of monthly service charge. Is an april of 2023 I realized that I had several monthly charges and sent an email and got a phone call from a representative of join fight club And I express that I want to cancel my membership. Since I don't use any of the online stuff and was not aware I was even being charged. At that moment she said she would cancel it and only refund me one month. (All documented with my bank and via email)... Unfortunately they kept charging me without me checking, Now it's december of 2023 And again they have charged me every month since then. Phone lines don't work, sent an email just to get a response that they don't have any record of me trying to cancel my membership back in April 2023 and not willing to credit me.

      I have attempted numerous times and via numerous avenues to cancel my monthly membership. While I have received numerous emails from Fight Camp stating that my payment method for my membership payment needs to be updated (because they can't process the payment on the card I registered), the company has not responded to my inquiry about wanting to cancel. There is no cancellation option on the member dashboard, as Fight Camp says there is. No one answers the customer service phone line on the site. There's a link to schedule a call with customer support but when clicked, there's a message that there are no available times in December (it's only Dec. 12 and they can't get to me before Jan?!?). Fight Camp clearly has things set up so that members keep getting charged as they try to maneuver the near possibility of cancelling.

      This company's customer service is horrid. Their supportive documents to "resolve" issues never work and the only solution is to be contacted on THEIR time days out, so there is NEVER any remediation the day of. The trackers to the gloves never connect, so much so, that they actually offer the ability to punch the bag WITHOUT the trackers being utilized. At that point, the whole setup is nothing more than a ****** punching bag from Wal-Mart. You can never get ahold of anyone to address the issue immediately.BUYER BEWARE

We called you twice on Sept 28th the date you arranged and we received  no answer. We also left you  voicemail on September 28th. Your trackers have not connected and will not connect until you pay your membership.  You have an unpaid membership and we have been reaching out to you to get this resolved and help out in any way we can. Please check your spam messages and respond so we can get you back into the ring. As mentioned on our website, the  helpcenter and at checkout, your trackers are connected to a subscription and your subscription needs to be active.       Hello, My original purchase was 03/01/2023 with an order # of *****. I ordered the full kit of punching bag with trackers and the bag ring. I received my order a few days later which was good but I didn't receive shipment notification until about a week after I had received my order which was no big deal but weird I thought. Immediately after opining my packages and attempting to get everything setup, I noticed that the trackers would connect to the app and show connected but no punches would register when working out. I tried to contact Fight camp and realized I could not contact them directly that I had to schedule an appointment for them to call me. Overall I just wasn't happy with the product, I felt like the bag moved more than what I would need and also didn't care much for the training sessions. I purchased this product to try something different then ****** and because I was looking for something more interactive then just watching videos on ******* and just using a regular punching bag. Overall I just felt like it was no different then just watching ******* and was far less interactive then I thought. I looked up the return policy and requested a return 03/06/2023 because I saw there there was only a 30 day return policy and that I would have to pay return shipping and that the return shipping could be expensive which I understand as they are large packages. I was able to submit a return but again not able to speak with anyone in customer service and see the only option I have is to schedule a call so I chose this option. After two attempts I got a callback and the person did verify that I requested a return but said they could not help me that I would have to wait for an email from fight camp with return instructions. As of today I have not received an email for return and there is no one I call call to fix this. I have everything packaged back in all the original packaging just waiting for some guidance on how to return the items.
