I called in to register my animal as an emotional support animal, believing the best way to be informed and not miss anything would be to call in and speak to a person I set this up over the phone. however, months later I realized that I was being charged for some classes that were never instructed to me that would need to be made so completed that did everything they told me to do which included having to call again to have them stop the charges because they wouldnt stop automatically even though they charged automatically. Was told I would receive a refund for at least one of the charges and that was not true. Then a year pass and find out I will automatically be charged for a subscription which auto renews. I was never told to me even though again, I called in for the specific reason to not miss anything I would need. For a company that is connected to mental health, which instead of assisting me has caused me to deteriorate more in that sense. I had even asked for my initial call to be reviewed or to speak with a supervisor else as the representatives were not very empathetic at all, but was denied. I am not the type of person to request to speak to a supervisor or be confrontational at all, I am a person who avoids this even at my own disadvantage however I feel I should try to warn others if to at least to prevent another person from going thru even a little of the distress I have gone thru.American Service Pets

As discussed during our call, we do see that you initially contacted our customer ********************** team to request a cancellation of the training. However, after your conversation with an agent on September 10, 2024, you chose to proceed with the training, and later called on December 11, 2024, to cancel. The training membership was canceled immediately at that time.
Please note that the renewal was agreed to at the time of your original purchase, and reminder emails were sent advising you to log into your portal to update your information or cancel the renewal. Ive confirmed that your renewal has been canceled, and you will not receive any further charges from American Service Pets.
We are committed to providing clear and efficient service, and we apologize if your experience did not meet those expectations. Should you need any additional assistance, please dont hesitate to reach out.

This is very easy to use. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. Very professional and I was very happy how fast it was to get the papers that I needed and the training they give you in case you wanted to get your pets to be a service pet. I havent taken all the classes but they have a lot of support for what ever you need. I am very impressed and grateful that I found American Pet !! They have been above and beyond professional and want to make sure you have everything that you need.American Service Pets

Sending an email to someone who has depression and anxiety that says DENIED in bold letters is one of the most insensitive and shameful things you can do. You may want to change your verbiage for further reference as you are dealing with sensitive individuals who wouldnt be coming to you in the first place if they werent struggling with self-esteem and feeling denied for having mental health issues.American Service Pets

The use of bold text in our decision emails is not meant to be harsh or impersonal. Unfortunately, we have had instances in the past where clients missed important information when it was presented in plain text including whether they were approved or not. To help avoid confusion, we made the decision to present this part of the message more clearly and prominently.
