I had planned to cancel my account before my next charge date, but when I found myself in an abusive situation that drained me financially, I realized when I saw the $200 membership charge go through, that I had completely forgot to cancel it, as I was so preoccupied with my personal abusive situation I was trying to get out of. I genuinely forgot and believed that they would give me ***** this time, understand, and reverse the $200 charge back to my account as I now cannot hardly afford to even pay my rent. I wanted to get the charge reversed and my account cancelled without sharing my personal situation but it seems I have to. They also paused my membership a couple months ago and reversed the charges for that month and the next month that I paused my membership, and I asked if they could do that again. But they said no, so I dont understand why they would say no to something they have already done before for me.Business response

The customer complaint signed a contract obligating them to the membership for at least two months and seven-day cancellation notice policy. The customer was informed of this policy on multiple occasions.Initial Complaint

Their staff is by far terrible. The cancellation policy is not accurately described by their staff which causes problems for customers in the future. False advertising to the highest extent. 3 of my friends have had the same problems. They do not do refunds or take responsibility for their miss information to their clients and they do not let you read any paperwork but still have you sign it and if you have credits and want to cancel they take those credits away So basically in a way their scamming people, seems very money hungry.Initial Complaint

I requested to cancel my monthly membership on January 3rd and was told that yes, I could cancel. Two days later I was charged $200. When I inquired about this, I was then told I didn't complete a "form" that was required (which was never mentioned in my previous request to cancel). Once I received the form, I immediately completed it. A few days later, I was charged yet another $200. Once finally canceled and after several requests for a refund, all my services (that the $400 would have covered) were deleted from my account. I have paid this company $400 and have received nothing in return. If not agreeing to a refund, the remaining services WHICH I PAID FOR have all been deleted. I have paid for services this business refuses to provide. They either need to provide a refund for these canceled services or provide the actual services for what I've paid for.
