I ordered a speaker on June 9, 2024, & received an emailed confirmation with a confirmation number but have not received the product. I have tried sending emails, calling, & communicating through chat live but have had no response. I made a purchase through Nima Sports on 12/10/22 for a ******* Baseball speaker. I did receive an email with my order number. On their shipping it states 4-5 business days. I have not received my order and its 12/21/22. I have attempted to email them multiple times. I did get a response back on Sunday 12/18/22 and it just said "I will look into it first thing Monday morning." Never got a response back. There is no contact number on the website, so I can't speak to anyone. I always get skeptical about buying from websites I don't really know about, only reason I purchased from this so called company is because my coworker made a purchase through them 2 years ago. She did receive her order. Now I'm wondering if this company went out of business because when I searched them up online, it states permanently closed. I just want my money that I put down through Affirm payment plan.Initial Complaint

I have placed an order with Nima some time ago and never received anything. I have contacted them multiple times they offered me to send a different style, but I just wanted my money back. My order number is ****. I am a combat veteran from the Army and u am on disability, so I can not afford to just give this company $295. This company should be taken down. I want my money back. Why is it so hard to contact the company if it a reputable with the *** and MBL. Maybe I should go to these companies and speak with them about a company representing them and they do business like this. I hope to get this resolved soon.Initial Complaint

I ordered a large ********************** helmet speaker online on 8/13/21. I received an order confirmation email with order #****. I received a 10% discount and the final price was around $415. The funds were transferred immediately. On 8/19/21 I received an email indicating the warehouse missed my order, but that the item would be shipped the next business day. No tracking number or delivery service was provided. Weeks and months passed without delivery. My emails were rejected and the telephone and FAX numbers provided were nonexistent. I even wrote the company using the address provided on their website. I received a promotional email around the holidays advertising new products and I replied with my problem. I placed my order for a large ************** helmet last December (2021). I paid approximately $500. The money was taken from my account that day. I received an initial email confirming my order and that it will ship within 5-7 days. A month later I had no helmet and no notice that it had even been shipped. That started my months long email exchange. I was told they were back ordered and I would get it soon. Months later and many emails later I just wanted my refund. They dismissed my request and stopped responding. Almost a year later they offered me different helmets or other products. I refused and only want my money back. To this day they havent responded to my recent emails or given my money back/ provide a product. We called the number on the email. It says disconnected. ***********). We also called the number on the website ***********) and a man named *********************** answered and said this number was not Nima Speakers. I feel scammed and only want my money back. I bought a Nima ******* Bluetooth speaker for $49.95 on July 28th, 2021. Since then I received a confirmation email and the money was transacted however I never got the speaker or even a shipping confirmation. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through Instagram and email with no success. On Instagram, they told me they'd ship it out and gave me a support email to contact however when I tried the email did not exist. Now I have emailed multiple times to different addresses and yet the emails get rejected every time. I just want my speaker now, thank you.My order number is #****Initial Complaint

On 05/23/22 @2223 I placed an order on https://www.nimasound.com/ for a helmet speaker for fathers day. On the webpage it stated you would received the item within 5-7 business days. Today is 06/14/22 and I have yet to receive the item. I paid $279.95 for this item and it was deducted from my checking account that day. I have emailed them numerous time to ********************************** and have not received an answer as to when I can expect the item to be mailed. I called the **** and gave them the tracking #********************** and they stated that a shipping sticker had been printed but nothing has been mailed. I would like for this company to please return my money since they have no gone through what they state on their website. No phone number on site and no answering calls makes one think its a scam website that is taking peoples money. I really hope this has not happened to anyone else. This has been such a head ache trying to get in touch with this so called company I will no longer purchase things off line unless its from a well known company or Amazon. If you can please help with recovering my money and making sure this does not happen to anyone else I will gladly appreciate it and help stop all these fake business that are out there scamming people of their money, especially with our bad economy. I purchased a Nima *** large helmet speaker in Nov. 2020. Order #**** for $229.98 and never received. I followed up multiple times and received a response that materials were back ordered from the pandemic. They offered another product or to wait and I selected to wait for the original. I followed up again in July 2021 and they responded with a phone number that doesnt work. Ive emailed multiple times since with no response. Im requesting the product be sent or a full refund of my purchase.Business response
