      11/28/20- Purchased the Nima Speaker Alabama Crimson Tide Bluetooth Speaker Helmet 1 Beast (10, 130W). I paid $137.99 and $24.99 for shipping. Total of $162.98. I have not received any product and they no longer even answer my emails. They offered to refund in Jan 2021 and I accepted. I never received the refund.

      On 1/18/21 I ordered 2 bluetooth speakers from NIMA. I received an email receipt and confirmation. I then received an email shortly thereafter advising that the items were on back order as the supply chain was delayed. I was offered to wait or a refund. I opted to wait. I kept in touch with them every few months via email asking for updates. I was told it would be a few more months numerous times. When December of 2021 rolled around, I opted for the refund. That's when my emails started bouncing back as undeliverable. I attempted to call ***** Schenge, the individual I had been exchanging emails with, at the phone number listed on the bottom of his email signature. The number is not in service. Now I can't email or call anyone, and my credit card company cannot process a dispute on a transaction that is over a year old.

      I purchased this speaker from Nima. I have been only receiving emails after continuous emailing them to try to get a refund or this product delivered. To many to count of email's never even being answered. Tell you to.call them and the phone is disconnected.       I ordered it December 29th, 2021. It was ******. I was suppose to get ot the following Tuesday, so I messaged them and they said it was out of stock and they could offer me other things. I messaged back I just want a refund and have never heard back from them. I just want my money back if they do not have what I ordered.

      I purchased a helmet speaker for $149 from Nima sports audio on 12/14/21 that was to be delivered before 12/25. On 12/16 I received an email saying this item was out of stock. I agreed to take a different speaker that cost $49 if they refunded the difference and could assure me it would arrive before 12/25. I told them if it would not arrive by 12/25 I did not want anything cancel the order and refund my money. It took days for them to respond with a tracking number and by the time the tracking number was valid it showed it would not be delivered until 12/27. I told them to cancel the order, they did not. The item was delivered 12/27 and they did not refund my money not even the difference in price between the $149 I paid and the $49 item I received after I asked them to cancel the item. They have been unresponsive to my requests for a refund.

      I purchased a speaker from Nima totaling 465 dollars on 11/19/21. Got a confirmation number but no shipping information. I emailed support via thier website. On 11/25/21 I received a email stating what my order was. I responded and immediately got an email saying the email could not be delivered. I went to thier website to get another email and same thing happened email could not be delivered. I then replied to the confirmation email and got the same notice email was invalid. I went again to their website and got their phone number Again number was no longer in use. I went to thier linked in page and got another number and again phone is no longer valid.

      On January 4, 2021 I placed an order for a large ********** ** ********* ******* helmet speaker. I paid the company $75.98. After waiting 3 months, I emailed the company and was told it was delayed and would still ship. This never occurred. I emailed the company several times and was never contacted back. Now, the email comes back not in service and the phone number disconnected. This is a shady way of doing business. I have waited 11 months now for my product. I have received nothing and want a refund. Unfortunately I cannot contact this company, thus this official complaint. Thank you for your assistance.

      I ordered a speaker from the company in Jan 2020. Im still waiting for them to send any information on my order. Ive emailed them several times and on one occasion they responded saying that somebody will contact me which never happened. Ive sent them emails several emails after that with no responses. All I have gotten back is an email saying that my email werent
