      On July 7, 2022 I purchased a refurbished iPAD from Best Buy. I received the product on July 14 (7 days later). Approximately one week later, the product stopped working, after the return period. This was right after Best Buy's return policy ended. For the next week, we contacted Best Buy and visited in person to see if the iPad could be repaired or return. Because JemJem.com was the supplier, and we received warranty protection through their company, we were instructed to contact them to resolve any issues. On August 5, 2022 I contacted the company, regarding our order number: BBY01-8066597501161. I was instructed to power on the device and send photos of the home screen, but I could not because the product was no longer functioning. I emailed customer support regarding this issue on August 19,2022. I informed that I could not remove the AppleID, and even went to the Apple Store to have it remotely removed. There was no luck. Finally, I was able to get the iPad to turn on and sent pictures on September 5,2022. At this point, our agent,**************************, stopped responding. I sent follow-up emails, and was told the photos were not received despite having evidence in emails. I sent photos again on September 30 and October 05. After October, we no longer received a response. At this point, I sought to resolve the issue with my bank, however we were past the 60 day policy to dispute a charge. I would have disputed the charge sooner if I knew we were not going to receive any help. I called JemJem.com on multiple occasions and left voicemails. I got no answer. I left additional messages on the website and got no answer. I emailed again in early January. *********************** responded, claiming they never received photos and our warranty had ended. There is a clear trail of us sending pictures and contacting the company, yet they will not move forward with a refund. This feels like a scam. I would like a full refund of $235.39

      I purchase a MacBook from JemJem not knowing that on the BestBuy website as a third-party. My son chose this thinking it was coming from BestBuy. The MacBook stop working after 3 month . I had pay $46.00 to ship it back to them. JemJem policy is free shipping within 30day. They want to seen back the same product. I want my money back.
