I purchased a car from this dealership Oct 2022 car listing price was $17950. When I picked up the vehicle I had a warranty on the vehicle and the price was added to the total amount, ************* was also added even though I already had insurance. I have paid over $8000 on the vehicle so far but my loan is showing I still owe $18000 because the cancellation of the warranty and gap has not been paid back by the dealership after I canceled it. I have tried calling several times to talk to a manager but they always seem to be busy with another customer. I am trying to trade in the vehicle but since the Gap and warranty amount has not been repaid by the dealership it is still on my auto loan making me upside if I trade it in. I would like the warranty and gap insurance that was added to my loan paid by the dealer to lower my due amount on the car so I can trade it in.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am writing to file a formal complaint against All In Auto Group, located in ***********, **, due to misleading advertising practices and their failure to honor the terms advertised on TrueCar.com for the purchase of a used Tesla Model 3. The vehicle was listed for $24,950, explicitly stating eligibility for a $4,000 IRS tax credit for used plug-in electric vehicles, which significantly influenced my decision to purchase.Upon finalizing the sale, I was surprised by additional charges that escalated the total cost to $31,882, thus rendering the vehicle ineligible for the tax credit. These charges included fees for a GPS tracking device, a window film upgrade, a debt cancellation agreement, none of which were disclosed at the point of sale or advertised on TrueCar.com.Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with the dealership, including communication with *************************************, Finance Director, I have received unsatisfactory responses that dismiss my concerns. The dealership has also failed to provide the necessary documentation required by IRS rules to claim the tax credit, directly contradicting the assurances given at the time of sale. This experience has resulted in significant financial loss and distress, as I relied on the accuracy of the advertisement and the dealership's assurances. I seek BBB's assistance in resolving this matter by obtaining a refund of the unjustified additional charges and compelling All In Auto Group to adhere to ethical advertising practices.I appreciate BBB's attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that upholds consumer rights and accountability.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 04/15/2024

I am rejecting this response because:

    Dear ***************************,

Thank you for your advice to continue communication with All In Auto Group. Unfortunately, further dialogue has proven unproductive as the dealership, through its representative *************************************, has explicitly ceased communication and declined to address the unresolved issues.

Despite efforts to resolve matters directly with the dealership, including a recent communication confirming a GAP insurance refund that was processed only after my direct intervention (not through the dealership as initially promised), other disputes remain unresolved. I received only a partial refund of the *** registration fee after an extended delay, and there has been a lack of cooperation on other overcharges linked to the vehicle purchase.

Given the cessation of communication from All In Auto Group's side and the complex nature of this case, I kindly request that my complaint (ID ********* be reopened. I believe further intervention from the BBB could be crucial in facilitating a fair resolution.

Thank you for your ongoing support and assistance. I have attached all relevant correspondence and evidence to this email to aid in your review of the situation.

A vehicle was purchased, uploading the details.11 days after the vehicle was driven home, the vehicles engine failed. It was towed home, then to our local mechanic (Meineke in ********) the engine was examined, taken apart and shown to me. The engine had blown, Gaskets brittle, rods thrown and broken through the cylinders, turbo intake caked with oil, and undriveable. It was put back together and started which led to a horrible noise when idling. I emailed, called and text the dealership and was only told from **** and **** that the vehicle sold were in good condition and it there is a problem they will work to fix it if the vehicle fails within the first 14 days. I email and asked to speak with ****** who is in charge and still have not heard back from him. I am having ******* rebuild the engine and have asked that All In Auto Group pay the bill to have the vehicle fixed.

    Good morning *****,

I was a little confused because your name is not in the database to be able to find the information out. This vehicle was purchased under ********, I have no knowledge of you calling and expressing this concern' we could have had our technicians taken a look at the vehicle, resolved the issues; not having to pay in labor costs. When did you reach out to ******? I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I went to this dealer to buy a car and the car was not working in the 2nd day the car started over heating and left myself and my family stranded in very high temperatures. I called the dealer they did not respond . I paid for the vehicle to be towed back to my home and we had to get a ride back home . The next day the *********** another tow truck to pick up the vehicle . The next day they called me and said it was repaired, we drove it for 25 miles and it overheated again and we drove the vehicle back to the dealer . When I arrived at the location ****** who is the finance manager said he would return my money in full in the amount of $8,000 . After a few days he contacted me and said he was not going to return my deposit and he treated me . I dont want to type the exact words but they where awful . After a day he apologized and said hed like to offer me a truck and said I would not have issues . After the 3rd day the truck became with issues low oil pressure and I contacted the dealer and he said said dont worry I will refund your money . Next day he send another tow truck for the 2016 ********* and said he will write me a check for the full refund of $8,000 . When I showed up to tghe dealer he only reimbursed me $5,500 and he said he was charging me for tow fees and restocking fees . This dealer has a reputation of bad business to consumers is like to have this stopped asap so they will not do this to other people .

On April 2023 my fiancé and I went to All In Auto Group located in Norco, CA to purchase a Model S P85 Tesla. We looked at the car, test drove it and were told by the salesman that the car was in “great condition and it has no problems”. After having the car for only 3 months , the car stopped working! I was scammed. The car can’t be driven and is just sitting in my drive way. It will cost us more than what the car is worth to even fix it.

    Good Morning,

Amber has not reached out to the dealership in hopes to reach a solution to the "problem" she is having. We are a pre owned dealership and sell used vehicles here but we are here to help out customers out as long as they reach out. We do not scam any customers.

I do not understand why the customer is rejecting our response when in fact the customer HAS NOT REACHED OUT FOR ASSISTANCE. We as ALKL IN AUTO GROUP; are trying to help out and customer is rejecting our assistance and that does not seem fair.

Upon delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that it had been fraudulently misrepresented. When I test drove the car it was fine. Then when they delivered it the dashboard read “Service B”. The discrepancies between the advertised features and the actual condition of the car are significant, and it is my belief that I have been misled during the purchase process. As a result, I am entitled to a refund of my $3500 down payment. ****** believes I should pay some restocking fee out of my down payment. So he refuses to return it. This is fraudulent representation and no one should pay for a dealership fraud. If this does have to go to court seems like there enough people who went through similar experiences to prove my case. Hope he does the right thing soon because I won’t wait much longer. By the way ****** has the car and money and refuses to return any of it.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/17/2023

We did provide a refund to the customer, not charging her a restocking fee.

    See attachment.

    Thank you,

I brought a 2016 Mercedes Benz c300 from all in auto group apr 28, 23! I signed and paid that day! Then I had to wait until my lenders sent the rest of the payment. I went to pick up the vehicle may 3 , 23. As I’m literally driving home the car starts smoking! From under the hood , the air conditioning vents and the rear of the car. I called him and made him pick it up being that I just brought it. Went back on the 5th as I’m driving out the lot check engine light comes back on and it starts shaking bad! He said he needs another week and I told him if it’s not completed right by the next attempt I want my money back! He agrees! In writing!!! I go back on the 10th and he said he needs 2 hours until the part comes. I go run errands and he calls and says it’s not the right sensor now he needs another week! Moral of the story is they can’t fix the car! It’s been 3 weeks I gave up money for a car I’ve never even took home! He even took it as far as calling me stupid and said “there’s no such thing as a lemon law” he also said he won’t give me money money back even tho I never had the car! So sad and heartbreaking fr! Never again!

Bought a car with no report of the actual damage to the car. The motor was from a junk yard, the catalytic converter was rusted, no fluids, the clutch master was broken, the transmission was grinding and broken, denied to test drive it.

Wow!! I don't really know where to begin. I don't even know that I have enough space to write the endless number of bad experiences I had with this dealer. First off, I have NEVER reviewed anything online before but felt like it would be unjust if I didn't let this be known to future buyers. Included in the price of the vehicle were many dealer add-ons that are not required by law for the consumer to pay. They charged $1499 for an add-on car theft device which is something I needed or even wanted. They also charged $700 for window tint that ended up being no more than factory tint. But nevertheless, I bent on this and purchased the vehicle because I liked it. FIRST RED FLAG So upon completing the purchase order-(contract), I found out they charged me %7 for sales tax which in my state it is only %5. BTW, I am purchasing from out of state. I was told by the finance manager that the state would refund me the difference. This was correct, that is the way it supposes to go in this type of situation. Unfortunately, they didn't send my state ANY of the taxes they collected or any paperwork so I can get my plates. It has been over 2 months and the situation has not been handled. BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE...go to a reputable dealer even if u would come out paying more, u will definitely come out better. This is my 5th out-of-state vehicle purchase. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE, DISHONESTY, AND UNPROFESSIONALISM btw so the dealer will definitely know who this is: I purchased the 2014 Range Rover and I am from Mississippi
