    This was the worse experience ever! The driver was rude and disrespectful! If I could give bo stars I would. The driver was 5 hours late to pick up the car and than did not come to the address. Upon delivery, I learned that the price was ****** more than my contract. The driver arrived after midnight *** refused to deliver car to my address. I had to stop my dialysis to drive my husband to pick up his truck at the subdivision entrance. Now, we had two other 18 wheelers come to our house. PLEASE BE AWARE!

    They are a scam. They give you a pickup date and never meet it. They come up with many excuses as to why they haven't arrived then beg you to be patient. I turned to Montway car transport and they were awsome. Had my car transported from ****** to ******** in 3 days. The driver kept me informed the whole way. DO NOT USE ********************** complete scammers

    This company promised a pickup day AND a time and then I never heard back. I am now stuck with trying to ship my car across the country. I was duped into thinking this was a legit company with all their reviews which seem to be fake on ******* I will NEVER EVER use this company and will tell everyone to stay away!!I booked a transport months in advance and signed contracts. On the day of pickup, I was given a false story that they were trying to get the carrier to respond but couldn't. I doubt they ever lined one up!! I am really really upset at Safe Auto Transport and when you post a negative review, they will CALL YOU demanding to take it down. Unethical

    I will never use this company again. Both time Ive used them, the dispatchers were rude and lied about pickup dates and drop offs. The dispatcher, ***, stopped responding to my messages and I didnt have contact info for the driver. I never received a call until minutes before the driver arrived. My car was 3 days behind schedule and no one cared about the inconvenience. However, the driver was nice once he arrived.

    These guys will promise you one fee, then change it the day before so you get stuck and desperate. I was warned about this kind of "bait and switch" from other companies, so I requested documentation stating that the price was locked in. I made shipping arrangements 2 months in advance to avoid this kind of dilemma, but Safe Auto Transport managed to try to s**** me over anyway. I received many messages from ******************* saying the price would not change, but sure enough, he increased the fee from $750 to $1000 the day before I was scheduled to ship my car. When I called back to speak with his supervisor ****, the price had further increased to $1300+. At that point, I was furious and refused to work with them. Despite requesting that they do not call me anymore, they continued to blow up my phone, basically begging me to do business with them. They kept arguing that nobody else would get me a better price. I had several other quotes... one for $785, two others for $900, etc, but since I was now calling these companies back the day before I needed to ship my car, they all wanted about $1300 as well. I honestly considered paying more money just to deal with an honest company, but there is no way to know, since this company also had good reviews online. in the end, I was able to negotiate the price with Safe Auto Transport back down to $1050, still 300 more than what I was quoted. I really do think they just got greedy with their profit margin. I was not able to leave a generous tip for our driver. I would not do business with this company again.

    Guy name ALBERT K***, he told me your car will go for f $400 hundred dollars , then he call in the evening and says to pay $600 dollars now ,this company is most deceiving ,he kill my 2 days my son waiting for car, please don,t give him business ,

    Singed contract with this company to have my vehicle picked up in VA and transported to NM. Tia company hired a driver named Ricardo that is with PA Express out of PA. The car was picked up in Dec 30th 2022 and was to be delivered by Jan 5 2023, the driver still has not delivered my vehicle and appears to be in no hurry to get vehicle delivered. Do not use this company you will be very disappointed with the service.

    We were quoted $600 to transport our car from Ohio to Florida we signed the contract they were to pick the car up after 1 today they changed the price several times and never showed up. This is a scam company and are not listed with the BBB. Do not fall for these people!
