3200 dollars down the drain. Full grain leather sectional couch. Leather is perfect. The frame is made of PARTICLE BOARD. Started to fall apart within 1 month ON THE PART WE DONT EVEN SIT ON. Oh and the delivery service? Ripped the fabric underneath. Spent so much money on this couch thinking it would last. I work 16 hours a day. Am never home. And I have 1 dog. And its absolutely garbage.Apt2B

4 starsI've had two good experiences with Apt2B, but in the process I discovered that they (like most companies) sub-contract parts of the process to other vendors. When the problem is caused by one of those vendors it can get ******** first purchase was in November of 2023. I read many reviews on their web-site about their products and I selected a chaise and armless chair through their "build-a-sectional". I purposely selected a model with consistent top ratings. The turn around time on that purchase was remarkable. Delivered to ************** in one month. Their shipper on this was ********************** Shipping and delivery, who were excellent in their communication and scheduling.Apt2B sends your order (for sofas) to another vendor. It is that vendor who then sends the finished product to the shipper. So, we have 3 different vendors. I guess this is common these days.I ALWAYS get "white glove" delivery for the extra cost because if there is a concern, you see it right then, and can "refuse" the order. This saves you having to "return" an item ($$$). It also would save any re-stocking fee. It is wise to use a checklist when you go over your ********* second order was for a similar item for another room. This was the one where I had some trouble. Everything in the order was as ordered, EXCEPT, the production vendor built a LEFT chaise instead of the RIGHT chaise. I was able to show the delivery people a diagram of the item (printed off the website) and they confirmed that this was not what I ordered. Back it went.That day I communicated through the "chat" and started a re-order. In the end I asked for and received a refund of 300$ for price differential as the date of the re-order was during a sale.I am pleased with both of my pieces (sectionals). I would order from them again, but ALWAYS white glove.I support American made, which isn't cheap, but I feel these pieces are well made and a good value. I ordered a custom sectional from them in 2020 after many months of research. I normally wouldn't buy a sectional online, but I bought my first home during the pandemic and I didn't want to go into stores. The Pacific sofa looked great online, had great reviews, and I was able to customize with the finishings I wanted. It took about 5 months to arrive, this was expected. The delivery/logistics company they partnered with was horrible. At first all was well once I got it. However after about a month of use it was very clear this was not a sofa for sitting, but merely for looking at. The foam starts to sink in my multiple inches after only a few minutes of sitting on it. The connection brackets have way too much give and it moves a lot. I tried contacting them but the said that they couldn't do anything but exchange it for a rather large fee and I would have to wait another 6 months or so for that to show up and would be without a sofa for that time. I left a review stating my dissatisfaction on their website and instead of responding they just deleted it. I should have gone with a regular sofa from ***** ***** instead of this sectional, but after finally having a place large enough to accommodate one, I went with what I wanted over what I knew would be a better product, or at least one with better customer service. That was my fault. So now 4 years later, that model has been discontinued, likely due to dissatisfied customers. And I'm left with an uncomfortable sunken in mess that I paid over $2,000 for. I live alone with no pets, so it is usually just me who sits on it and I make sure to change what spot I sit in to avoid excessive wear in the same places since it is a fixed back and cushion design. The only reason they have such good reviews is due to them deleting the bad ones and removing customer complaints from their social media pages.Apt2B

It appears this company is just a drop shipper. I ordered a Ships ASAP dining table with a ***** processing time. Fast forward a month and with zero proactive communication regarding my order, Apt2b contacted me to let me know my table was damaged at the warehouse by the vendor.Then they told me it would be four more months before my table would be shipped. Meanwhile, the table is still for sale on the website.The company offered nothing in the way of compensation for this. They advised me to pick out a new table at full price (I ordered the original table during a site-wide sale.) I ordered matching chairs for this table from another company and have had them sitting in my empty dining room for a month. I tried posting a negative review regarding this situation to their website but that has not posted because they wont post a negative review. Buyer beware, purchase something sight unseen from a more reputable company with real customer service such as CB2, Crate and Barrel, Design Within Reach, Restoration Hardware or ********. This company is the worst.Apt2B

I did a lot of research on sofa beds before ordering my beautiful, full-size sofa bed from Apt2b. I love that the unit is manufactured in **********!They sent me requested swatches of fabric - at no cost - and I selected my fabric.Then I ordered the product and they had it ready before time. - maybe about a month. It was efficient and quick. The price was affordable.Customer service individuals answered my questions.The delivery men (two) were polite. The asked me for cushions for the sofa legs so as not to scratch my floors. They installed ******* daughter and family have slept on the sofa bed and we are all very happy.I give Apt.2b 5 stars.***** M, ********, **Apt2B

Took delivery of almost 6k worth of furniture. The flooring wasnt ready so I inspected the upholstery but left cardboard on the legs. Few weeks later when floors were finished took off the cardboard and found big chips in 2 of the legs. Contacted customer service and was told Id have to buy a new base for 250$. Because I didnt contact them within 24 hours of delivery. Learned my ******* I will never buy furniture online again.Apt2B

If a customer waits multiple weeks to unpack/file a claim and if there is a home renovation going on, unfortunately, that makes it especially difficult for us to determine where and how a concern occurred. I ordered a HarperReversible Chaise Sofa, I notice a hole in my sofa a few months letter. I contacted Apt2b immediately my couch is in a formal living ( Pet free/ Smoke free home). I contacted Apt2b and was told to contact ******** who I took out a 60 month plan with and was given the run around that the insurance does not cover "normal wear and tear". I would not recommend ordering anything from Apt2b again. As well as Mulberry is scam and will say normal wear and tear is not covered but advertises for rims and seams and spills on Apt2b website.Apt2B

Apt2B has been a pleasure to deal with from the first time I inquired about a loveseat through the delivery of my loveseat today! The sofa is comfortable and a good quality and design. There were so many color/fabric options and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Apt2B totally delivered on its promises! Delivery was a breeze- the company that delivered sent good communications and tracking, and still called when they were nearby. I couldn't ask for more!Apt2B
