I made a purchase on 2/22/25 and paid for 2 day shipping. The company processed my order very quickly and got it out for shipping on 2/24/25. Once tracking was available it said it would be delivered 2/28/25. I contacted customer service about the issue. I spoke with ***** through chat, she said they processed my order quickly as if that was enough, ignoring the expedited shipping. I explained I was concerned that the wrong shipping was selected. She stated that it was not, they shipped it **** priority mail and that they are having weather related delays. I told her there were not any delays on my package and it was on time. I ended the conversation at that point as I knew we were not getting anywhere. Priority mail usually is delivered in 1-3 days but has no guarantee. You should not offer 2 day shipping (and charge extra), when youre not using a service that provides that.Initial Complaint

I am beginning to think Lashify is running a scam on its customers. I have used this product for two years and have not had a problem until now. I ordered a black bond about 1.5 months ago. It came entirely dried out. I tried to get a refund and did not receive it. I then ordered a clear bond about a week ago. It arrived entirely EMPTY. There was no product in the tube. What are the chances that I receive these two unusable products in two months? I spent over $60 on these two and am now out that money.Initial Complaint

Lashify has two different buttons. It is extremely sneaky. 1 is for membership. 1 is for subscription. Neither one is clear and neither one has a cancelation button.Initial Complaint

I ordered whisper light bond in black and both bottles came dried out so I cannot use them. **************** does not respond to text, calls or emails. I want a replacement for the two dried out bottles I received and cannot get a hold of anyone. Also part of my order was not received and I paid for $4 for package protection so thats the only reason I got my money back because I filed a claim. But how ridiculous is it that I would have never got my money back or product as no one responds to customer service complaints. Now I cant get anyone to send me a new shipment of dried bond glue they sent me. What kind of business has no customer service? This business should be shut down if they have no customer service to deal with shipment and order issues.Initial Complaint

Ive been a loyal customer to ******************** for (almost) the last year. My order hasnt moved since the 16th- which is fine since the wildfires (although they have told me multiple times it would ship in the next 1-2 business days) since my order has been sitting there and hasnt moved they had a week long sale from the 21st or 22nd of January until tomorrow or the next day. I requested to be refunded for the 27% off the amount offered for the sale since for the duration of the sale my order had been sitting and wasnt shipped out.Initial Complaint

Purchased on 12/13, and have been fighting for a resolution ever since. The 'bond' that comes with the kit was a gloppy mess, after watching 20+ videos of how to put the product on, I knew this was not how it was supposed to look. After a ton of emails back and forth and sending photos, I was told it 'froze' in transit (there were no cold temperatures) and they finally sent another one. Same issue as the one before. Upon further investigation, a ton of other customers are having the same issue, and it is just a bad bad product. Have sent a ton more emails back and forth, but still no resolution as of 1/10. Opening a BBB case in hopes the company will stop dragging their feet and do the right thing.Initial Complaint

I have made a purchase from this company back in December 1/2 of my order was sent and still waiting on and order for ****** dollars that I never received, I have contacted this company multiple times over the phone the messages keep saying to leave a message so you are never able to speak to a live agent it advises you to send a text or thru their website which I have done multiple times and not sure if is a real agent or a computer that keeps telling me my item will be sent overnight or that they are working on my order and still have not received it ,I also asked to be reimburse for my money since I have not received my order and no response about that either,I also paid an extra charge for insurance in case I didn't get my order and have not been able to get a resolution and they have not been helpful.Initial Complaint

Lashify states on their website they ship via standard ****. This is false and misleading to consumers. Twice I have had major delays on my orders because they use a cheaper shipping method where it goes to *** first then to usps.The last time this happened, lashify assured me they will no longer be using this slow shipping method. Well that was a lie, because they used the same shipping method again when I ordered in December.Lashify also does not have this cheap delayed method posted on their website. They state otherwise on the website. That is deception to consumers. Lashify SHOULD NOT lie about the shipping method to consumers so they will be purchasing.They should be honest upfront and let the consumer decide if they want to wait long for the order before the consumer purchases.Initial Complaint

08/12/2024 I placed an order, and was going to pay with affirm, but it took it out of my credit card, so I contacted the company within min and I get an email, saying they can't cancel the order, on the website it says if the other was placed within 90 min they can cancel it, it's not guaranteed, but they will try, this business actually won't even try they flat out say no Then it says you can not return the items. They have no intentions of canceling an order, they just say it on the help center. This is wrong.Initial Complaint

The company as a whole has horrible customer service. They are a beauty company and after a reaction from a client, you take them back. Period. Thats what beauty companies do. Not to mention they came off several times after following their videos to a tee. They instead argued to save every last dollar they garnered from me and looked up previous questions I had written in about to throw it in my face why they wouldnt refund. Everything you read about their management not being the nicest people is true. Im spreading the word in my industry that this is a hard pass. Dont waste your money. I had a horrible reaction, they wont take it back.
