Before bringing our dogs Flash and Jinx here for a weeks stay we took them to vet for check-**** We gave DR ******** instructions verbally and in writing NOT to feed our dogs together as they were both food aggressive. Within a day they called asking if our dogs were okay to feed together, because ***** had bitten **** on the tongue causing bleeding while being fed. We told them it was a hard no and they'd been provided instructions not to feed them together. When my wife arrived to pick up **** and Flash they were both very sick. **** was so weak he couldn't walk. His back legs and paws were cut /swollen They said " does Jinx look okay to you?" Most of his food was returned / said he hadn't eaten much, since the biting.**** was rushed to vet. He'd lost 15 lbs and dehydrated. He had several cuts on his back legs and paws. He gotvantibiotics for the bug he'd picked up. He was put on an IV and given meds and tests run for 6 days. He had pneumonia and an infection. Once we were fairly certain **** was going to live Icontatced DR via contact form on their website. I waited a week. No response. I emailed them. 5 days with no response. Then I called / left message with a groomer, as no one from management was there during normal business hours. 14 days from my initial message someone replied from their contact form saying they did nothing wrong. They blamed us for bringing them an "elderly sick" dog. Neither of our dogs are elderly. Jinx bounces around like a puppy. In another email they said they did everything they could for him including dragging him around on towels to get him places. He could walk when he was dropped off. Bouncy. He likes boarding. They starved him til he couldn't stand up, blamed his age, instead of taking resoonsiblilty for ijuring him on day 1, not making sure he ate, not telling us he wasn't eating and then handing him back over to us and acting like nothing was wrong.
