I purchased a carbon fiber iPhone 15 case for my phone and after 3 months the rubber area started to split, so few months later I found out its limited life time warranty, so I sent an email with pictures about my defective item and they mailed me back after a week and told me theyll make it warranty, so they sent me like an invoice just to pay for the shipping, but when I open the link it shows out of stock, so I sent them another email about what happened, so after another week or 2 they told me when they sent the invoice the item was in stock so I have to wait, but surprisingly when I open their website on my instagram or ******** it shows its in stock ready to ship, so I went back to the invoice and still showing out of stock, Ive got a screen video and proof about what Im saying, to leave a review, if its bad, they use cookies that way you cant hit the send button, Ive got a video for that too!Business Response

Purchased a cellphone case from them. The buttons on the case did not line up with the volume buttons and the sides of the case do not line up with the cellphone. After complaining I was asked to take pictures of the case on my phone which is impossible given the fact the phone is the camera... after explaining and emailing multiple times there continued to be no response. This company alters the reviews on their site in an attempt to hide the fact they sell inferior cheap garbage.Business Response

I received an email saying a particular phone case was in stock. I placed an order and paid for upgraded shipping and was sent an email saying it ships out within a day or so. 4 days later I emailed support asking where my order was, 2 days later they responded that it wasn't in stock yet but it should ship out within a week. I responded saying to cancel my order and that I didn't want to wait. 2 days later I got an email saying the order shipped, I emailed support and asked why it wasn't cancelled. By the time they responded the order had been shipped and they said it can not be cancelled. I tried to cancel the order days before and their delayed answers and ignored emails meant I couldn't cancel the order.Business Response

Hello there, we processed this order and shipped it out in the same days as our terms say. We refunded the priority processing but can't refund the rest as it was delivered. Thank you for you patience and support.

I ordered a phone case from Simply Carbon Fiber from their website. After clicking on "Place Order", I was directed to the next page which also had a "Place Order" button with what appeared to be an advertisement for a wallet, which I didn't want. Only when I clicked "Place Order" a second time, I was sent to the Order Confirmation page that listed the phone case and the wallet as purchases. This was very deceiving as I thought I was placing an order only for the phone case. I immediately contacted SCF via email on their website and requested that they modify my order to remove the wallet. ************* from SCF contacted me the next business day and said they received my order and it was ready for shipment and it could not be modified. I replied and asked for instructions on how to return it, which I did not receive. When the order arrived, I emailed SCF again and requested instructions for returning and getting a refund. ******* responded and said that no refunds are given to discounted items. First, their purchase process is intentionally deceiving. I should've been directed to the Order Confirmation page immediately after clicking "Place Order" the first time rather than being directed to another purchase option disguised as an advertisement. Second, SCF should have stopped my order given that I requested to modify it immediately after placing the order. Third, there is no phone number on their website to direct customer order inquiries.Business Response

I received a forged carbon fiber ********* case for my birthday. Within 3 days the case material is peeling off the back. I would like the case to be replaced. I have tried to no avail to contact customer support. No responses, nor any active phone number. It has a 1 year warranty.
