I unfortunately fell victim to an attempted ************* of a used vehicle on their lot and wasted about 30 minutes of watching salesmen play cat and mouse "looking" for the vehicle I was supposed to buy. ***** is an unprofessional and rude salesman who lied about the vehicle I was interested in being sold at auction less than 3 hours after he sent me an out the door price for it and less than 6 hours after his sales manager personally confirmed to me that it was available. He said that it sold "this morning" when I arrived at the dealership, but the email I received from him showing the out the door offer was at 4:55pm. I arrived at the dealership at around 7:30pm. When I began leaving, he immediately began raising his voice and scolding me saying that they don't take online inquiries seriously from potential customers and that it is essentially my fault for not coming in sooner or playing "negotiation" with them in person. He tried to show me a different scratched up vehicle instead that had a car accident with a dirty carfax report. Being rude and condescending to a customer and blaming their own faults on others is not a way to fool a potential bait and switch victim of your scam. These salesmen obviously have no clue what they're doing and this entire dealership is a racket.
